We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. The Lady was very attentive and very helpful. She was fantastic in calling Customer service to make sure my delivery goes to the right address, meaning my address. Because the Computer system in the shop had messed up the arrangement of my home address. She was polite, friendly and professional. Really great Customer service overall. She deserves a promotion and a nice increase in her salary. Such a lovely young Lady.

Lavinia was so patient and kind. An absolute 10/10 customer service. She’s so sweet and lovely. I tried around 10 perfumes and she was so patient and helped me out. Eventually she understood what I’m going after and catered to my needs, she even suggested travel sprays and showed me scents within my budget. Really appreciate her, she’s really kind and helpful. Grateful for her and her service.
