Helpful staff
I had been gifted a refill bottle for my perfume but was unsure if my bottles were reusable (previous assistant when I went in to ask said to bring them in and they would check)

Sue manager of Workington store Cumbria
Assisted was very very helpful . Had a lovely chat throughout my shopping., I felt I had made a friend. I love my gifts wrapped with the personal ribbon.
Before leaving the shop, Sue introduced herself as the manager of workington store and thanked me amensly for my costume. Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy my Christmas and birthday gifts.
Some times I do order on line .. but much prefer going to see Sue.
