It was fast and interesting. And relevant.

It helped me to understand who I was and what I am now.

I feel my results were not accurate. The majority of my answers when it came to math questions were neutral or disagree and the results were all math and statistical based jobs that I would never ever have because I hate math and having to solve data-involved problems.

The test was quite easy to understand. The length of the test was just right. I did not get bored completing the test. Overall, I thought it was a good measure of traits associated with adult autism.

I found that this test was relatively easy.
It was like any ADHD test available, nothing really stood out. I would like to see what my results are. We should have done this after we know the results.

The Good: The UI is nice and the questions are ones you've answered before in other tests.

It takes a long time to answer all the questions...so it feels meaningful.

The most insightful part is the question set itself. As you answer the questions, you may become introspective about your own traits.

The Bad: The actual results are of little value, if any. It isn't something like a Myers Briggs or DISC with deep insights and analysis. It simply applies a sort order to the personality traits according to the way you answered the questions.

The "Bad Practice": The 'agreement' that you're ok with paying $39.95 per month after a few days 'trial' is not obvious. Your brain will focus on the obvious $1.95 cost to download the PDF. Then, if you find no value, you may simply forget about the experience until seven days later when you find a $39.95 charge for "thepersonality.com Sheridan WY". You may not even remember that name, and scramble to figure it out and search through your emails.

Once you do find the email, they will require you to send an email to them (rather than having a simple cancellation button) to request cancellation.

Side note: pay attention to the 4 and 5 star reviews on this site. The majority are very short one liners--come to your own conclusions. And many state they were redirected to this review area prior to seeing their results.

Company looks to have been founded only a few months ago.

SUMMARY: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Notice the non-owning wording: "ThePersonality offers..." rather than "We". The politeness of generated responses should not excuse their practices.

ThePersonality doesn't offer anything or do anything that the owners of the site do not tell it to do. The owners of the site are the ones who specifically make the $39.95 inconspicuous...with only a 7 day window. And the owners of the site are the ones who choose to continue keeping it that way.

My advice to anyone who feels this is a bad practice, bordering on predatory, should contact their CC company and ask for a refund.

This appears to be another company abusing Wyoming's limited business regulations. The CC charge will show Sheridan, Wy as the corporate location.

It's a personality test. Not what it advertises itself to be.
