Highly recommend Rob he did a brilliant job with both our bathroom and replacing our kitchen tap. Everything was done to a really high standard, all the sealing was so tidy and he even built our flat packed vanity unit for us which wasn’t as easy as first thought. He was always on time, communication was great and he was really friendly too. Will definitely get him back.

Robert was polite, professional, diligent, and caring. He came to fit a bidet for my elderly mum. He showed up on time to take to assess, then made a second appearance once we'd purchased the bidet, and showed up on time on the day of the installation, did a terrific job with a challenging workspace and cleaned up after himself. I'd have no reservation in hiring him again for our plumbing needs.

Robert came in took over a mess and delivered us a lovely bathroom. We now look forward to him completing our kitchen.

I had a new bathroom fitted recently. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but the plumber and his colleagues helped me and reassured me all the way through. They were always on time, very tidy and cleaned up constantly. Always polite and nothing was too much trouble, always willing to listen and help where needed. They were very trustworthy and felt completely at ease with them being there at all times. Would completely without a doubt recommend this company to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Joe as I broke the bath sink and even he was extremely busy he totally understood that was very urgent for us as we are having a little child at home and we were scared that his curiosity might lead to a cut!
He found the time and took the job!
Was extremely communicative him and his team and left the place extremely clean and neat after!

We had a water leak somewhere on a very large site, Joe & Rob set in place a plan to work in 3 stages to discover the leak. Lots of holes were dug, stop valves put in place and the leak was found and fixed. Marc was great, the whole team were friendly, professional and reliable. The quote was honest and the communication was great. Have now logged this company as one to use again in the future.

Top quality work by top professionals, I recently had a new boiler installed in a tenanted flat, Joe, Rob and the team beat other quotes and provided expert advice and a quick solution to the problem.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough, I will only use pipeline group moving forward. Not only are they reliable, they are extremely good at what they do. I was constantly let down by independent plumbers previously, Pipeline group have fixed that problem.

I recently had Rob from the Pipeline Group upgrade my water cylinder, and I couldn't be happier. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. The installation was smooth, and they left everything spotless. The new cylinder has improved our water pressure and consistency. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs—exceptional service!

Joe, Rob and the team did a great job renovating two bathrooms for us recently. The whole process from quotation through to invoice ran very smoothly. The job itself was tricky but the end result looked great. They came when they said they would, were super friendly and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Rob had to pick-up, investigate and rectify sub-standard plumbing (Rob actually identified an electrocution hazard with a digital thermostat as had been installed in the bathroom) and resolved all issues to the highest standard. Rob also organised other trades to rectify electrical issues and re-board/plaster the bathroom ceiling, which were also completed to the highest standard. Don’t hesitate to use.
