Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment
Being based overseas it was critical that I chose at contractor that had good communication skills. Joe and Rob were excellent through the whole refurbishment and documented the progress with photos every step of the way. They worked in a professional and efficient manner to ensure the works came in budget and on time. I will be using The Pipeline Group for any future projects.

Shower replacement …
We have used Rob previously and had no hesitation in having him back. Trustworthy and polite and stays in contact. Work completed to a very high standard. A pleasure to use. Highly recommended.

Efficient bathroom conversion
The Pipeline converted my bathroom into a shower room in two days without fuss and just as I wanted. Cheaper than most too - less than half of one other quotation.

Rob did an excellent job on my cloakroom bathroom renovation. He was professional and a pleasure to deal with: arrived on time, completed the project to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards.

Excellent communication throughout
Excellent communication throughout. That was the big difference. The Pipeline kept me informed all the way through a fairly complex boiler replacement and did a great job for a good price. Would definitely recommend the Pipeline.

Organised a bathroom refurbishment with Joe, Rob and their team.
Very responsive and excellent communication. Job to be done in two stages to work around other trades and they have been very accommodating. Final fitting still to be done but very happy so far.

1st fix bathroom installation
Excellent communication from Joe and Rob. Punctual, reliable, very tidy. 1st fix completed in 2 days, (including plastering) which was very quick. Now waiting for our tiler to tile and then the guys will be back for 2nd fix.
All in all, a great service. See you in a couple of weeks!
