Mr Chris Mills arrived at my house in good time for our meeting. From the very start he was friendly and professional. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He outlined one or two problems that I might encounter but also told me how to sort them out. Where can we start Chris mills was a really a gentleman ,so happy and a warm welcome even though it was a hot day.we discussed what we we required and where we wanted to be he explained everything and our options to the hilt which took a lot to take in when redoing our wills .after deciding he then asked us to relate to him as to what he had explained to us so we understood everything.he was amazing and his drawings too to help us understand what he was telling us we thank you Chris for all your info and help to sort a difficult change .will certainly tell people about you .we thank you very much your expertise helped through this important process.

Ed is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He developed the Will as we talked it through with the draft version emailed within minutes of our telephone consultation. No changes were necessary, a really excellent service.

Further to an advisory telephone consultation, an appointment was made for a home visit to facilitate further discussion and decisions. Paralegal, Chris Stratford arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and quickly put me at ease. He was able to answer all my queries in understandable language, showing interest and understanding of my situation, showing what appeared to be genuine interest for my future planning without patronising me or making me feel silly.
I await the next steps with interest but so far I would highly recommend the company and the staff.
