My review.
Phoned on time. Did what we paid for.
Did not like the hard sell. And the representative obviously did not like me saying no.

Poor service
We had a 15 minute call and explained our needs and wishes - the wills we received were no way a reflection of the conversation - I felt the person on the end of the phone was more interested in upselling then offering the service we orginally bought - I now have to email all of our amends - poor service and would never recommend.

The initial contact was very quick…
The initial contact was very quick (minutes) after filling in the form online which worried us - why are they not busy?
Then at the arranged appointment, when we were discussing the will, the questions were basic and didn't allow us to add special items or specific amounts to different people. In our old wills we gave specifics about many items and included special notes for the funeral arrangements.
It was the aggressive selling of the 'add-ons' which we disliked the most and the reason for the poor review. Most of the time was spent in a hard sell for power or attorney (which we will do ourselves) and protection for care home costs (which she went on and on about). After asking her to stop selling add-ons, she continued to do so and kept asking us why we didn't want them and did we understand them.
In the end, we cancelled the will and asked for a full refund because we were fed up of the attitude and the lack of personalised approach.
Update: our appointment was on 4th August 2026 and we have now received a full refund.

Great service for will. Not followed through
Great service for will Signed up for power of attorney and couldn’t find communications so never got it done. They should use the same email or communication method to avoid confusion. Disappointed customer!

Would recommend - read reviews
Cost more as I had to make changes. Spellings wrong. I added some thing I had missed. I don’t want to use the safety box service.

Do not use this company!
Do not use this company!! They advertised that they're local and it only costs £47, which is what my mother fell for. They're based in Gibraltar and my parents ended up paying out well over £1,000 for things like power of attorney - which they then had to pay the Office of the Public Guardian separately for to actually register the forms! They've totally ripped my parents off, visit a bricks and mortar solicitors instead!

The will had to be sent back around 6…
The will had to be sent back around 6 times therefore missing the 14 cooling off period
The day It was due to be signed ( 400miles) away I noticed more spelling mistakes and by then given up I tried to get a refund but was flat out refused due to the cooling of period wich had expired the woman who rang me was rude and not helpful just saying send the will back well ammend it is not good enough I said no I've lost faith in your company
The have asked me again to send the will back with I refuse
Would not recommend
Also felt pushed to get power off aturnie
The whole experience has left me €£549. Out of pocket
And no complete Will

As part of our process, every customer is sent their draft documents for review and approval before they are printed and posted. We specifically ask customers to check their documents carefully to ensure that all names, spellings, and details are correct prior to giving their approval. This process is in place to prevent errors from appearing on the final printed copies.
Our records show that your documents were approved for printing and posting. If any mistakes were subsequently identified, we were more than willing to correct those amendments and provide updated documents. This remains our position, and our offer to amend and reissue your will is still available.
With regard to your request for a refund, our decision remains unchanged. As the service had been provided and the statutory cooling-off period had expired by the time the refund was requested, we are unable to offer a refund in these circumstances.
Our priority has always been to ensure you receive a completed and accurate will, and we remain happy to amend and reissue your documents at no additional cost should you wish to take up this offer.
