Would recommend and use again
First time using this company and so pleased I've gone through the effort of setting up a Trust Pilot account just so I can leave the positive feedback.
Ordered Sunday on a bank holiday weekend and already here on Wednesday. The quality of the freebie folder is insane, so much so that I'm thinking of moving everything out of my 151 Folder. Will definitely recommend and seriously considering the monthly subscription.

I bought something from them Through Temu. Very bad experience. Never again. I can't explain what's happened because I tried to be honest and my first review has been taken down for "violating the rules ".
Just avoid if you can

Very happy so far
Have to say I am liking this store more and more.
The booster boxes are very competitively priced for the most part, and the individual packs seem fair. Need to open them still but happy with what I've got.
I tried their mystery boosters pack for £4.50 and been happy with them.
Usually I feel it's a gamble or a waste with mystery products but with a guaranteed art rare it makes it pretty fair (I bought a couple and got £1-3 value art rare cards inside each).
You also have a chance for god packs with 5 art rares which is said to be seeded at 1 in 25. Would be cool to have seeded chances for secret art rares or other valuables, even if it's a 1 in 250 chance or higher, just fun to have more things to hope for.
Finally, I just recieved my first pack from their monthly subscription that gives you all kinds of perks. The price is £50 a month and I can confirm I recieved exactly £50 worth of loose packs, then you get some other bonuses so very much worth it if you can afford it.

We wanted to address a few of the points you raised:
**Pricing:** We're a growing company and working hard to offer the most competitive prices possible. The Japanese Pokémon market can be quite volatile at times, which makes this a challenge, but it's something we're always focused on improving – so definitely watch this space :)
**Individual Packs:** Our individual packs are priced in line with sealed boxes, and that's intentional. Some retailers sell cheaper individual packs that have been pre-weighed, which significantly reduces your chances of pulling a hit. We only ever sell packs from completely sealed boxes, so you can shop with confidence knowing every pack has its full, untouched potential.
**Exclusive Booster Packs:** We put a lot of love into designing these! While they may not always contain the highest-value hit, there's always a mix of exciting cards inside. We're already working on a Series 2 with new hits and different odds, so there's plenty more to look forward to.
**Poké Club Membership:** Our membership is still relatively new (we've been live for around 5 months!), and we're continuing to develop and refine it. Selections are fully randomised using dedicated software, and the tiered system is designed to keep value consistently between £45–£55 per pack. Some exciting updates are coming soon, so stay tuned!

ThePokeStore is a great business
ThePokeStore is a very good business and is very reliable. This was in fact my first time buying from them and was a bit skeptical at first because it was a small company but when i bought the cards, i got to know that its genuine and very reliable. They have a great customer support team who helped me with my questions and tracking all the way through and are very kind. If you are looking for some casual cards for your deck like i was then this is the perfect company.

The company emailed me to inform me that one of the cards was out of stock. They also combined two orders and refunded me the postage. Very professional and a good customer centred outlook.

Super easy transaction
Super easy transaction, great customer service, fair prices, and genuine Pokemon fans behind the team. Also like the fact you can only add 5 booster boxes to your basket at a time as this hopefully keeps scalpers away and keeps the hobby pure!
