Dear Kim,

We can see you sent an email on Sunday at 23.18pm, our offices are closed on Sundays and due to the bank holiday, we were also closed on Monday. We can also see you sent a further email this morning at 10.09 am, which we have investigated as a priority and replied to you as quickly as reasonably possible this morning.

We’re sorry for any confusion regarding your return. As stated in our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions, customers are responsible for return postage and we’re not able to cover these costs.

You mentioned order WEB125094 in relation to your review, but this order is from over a year ago and was returned and refunded in full at the time, in line with our policy. If you have a concern about a different, more recent order, please contact our customer service team with the correct order number so we can look into it for you.

We always want our customers to feel informed and supported, so if anything in our returns information is unclear, we’re happy to explain it further.
