I'm writing this review as I previously wrote a bad review but turns out that I was completely wrong and worked myself up into a panic, I have been assured that my initial investment of £15k has no yielded a £2k profit (buying in 2021) and I can assure anyone reading this that I was wrong to slander this company and now barnaby has explained everything to me I couldn't be happier and am thinking about buying more gold from this company. Thank you for getting straight back to me and putting my mind at rest.

Barnaby was very good at explaining everything. I wanted to put my private pension into gold and he helped set all that up. Hopefully i am now long term protected with gold bars rather than with my previous pension company investing my money in stock market.

We are glad you found our service excellent but we are obviously disappointed that, having decided to sell your gold after just a year, the returns you were expecting were less than you thought.
Unfortunately, there are costs involved in buying and selling physical gold, just as there are with say a house or other physical investment. That’s why we always recommend holding onto gold for the longer-term if investment performance is your main motivation rather than wealth protection.
We do our best to keep costs to a minimum, hence ours being one of the most competitive suppliers in the market. But a year typically isn’t enough time to expect a rise in the gold price to cover these costs and realise an immediate profit.
As you know, we are in contact with you and are seeing what we can do to make things better for you, as we don’t like to see any customers disappointed with their outcome.

The Pure Gold Company make buying gold and silver a straightforward and enjoyable experience.
