This item shipped from Hong Kong, do I need to say more the last I heard it arrived after customs, into LAX then off to New York for a sightseeing tour. It was being shipped to Utah as a gift. Haven’t received any confirmation of where my package is and unable to get any help from the make-believe support addresses. Let me remind you it’s a dog toy a ball that’s all they could’ve threw it from there to here by now.

I received your request for explination regarding my review. Somehow, Trustpilot is wrong. Trustpilot sent me a request to review my purchase of glucometers from "Theralife".
I do not know how, but that is what happened. I looked back into my trash file and have found the request to review Theralife from Trustpilot, but the actual original emails from the purchase company are not. I have noticed that other people have recieved and done the same thing in your reviews. I imagine that this is a very complex scam using a reputable companies credentials to steal money and info from people who are thinking they are dealing with an honest company. Somebody needs to review their security protocols and it is not me. I am afraid that one of these two companies has been hacked and have had credentials compromised or Trustpilot has some other issue going on. Hope this helps. Ordered a dog toy on March 14 2025 - haven’t received it. Can’t contact the contact us - mail delivery status notification.

They got me too. It’s been a month and a half and the dog toys have still not arrived. Email address given is not deliverable to. Gonna try and cancel the transaction but I doubt I’ll get my money back

This company does not send out what you order. They send cheap items that are not even close to what you order. Beware!!!!

First time I ordered from Theralife.com, it took a long time to ship. They shipped the wrong items, I ordered Seurico Next Generation Intelligent Multifunctional Non-Invasive Laser Blood Glucose Meter, but they sent me PULSE Oximeter instead. I spend $77.10 and asked them to reimbuse my money back, I haven't heard anything from them at all, and it has been two weeks already. Very bad experience with Thelifeh. That would be the last time I'm order anything from Thelifeh, and I would mention this bad experience with all my friends, don't want anyone to waste $ 77.10.

Ordered ball and was charged but still haven't received it

I have primary Sjogrens and was suffering from really dry eyes and mouth following a flare and Covid. Double whammy. My partner bought these in desperation after consulting with Dr Lily Yang as I was really poorly. She was very helpful and nice. After diligently completing the course I found my eyes were much better and saliva increased. I can actually cry tears now. Whatever is in Theralife calms the immune imho. I'm slowly getting alot better so thank you Dr Yang!

I have had serious problems with chronic dry eye. I got to the point where I considering retiring because of it. I had tried everything or at least I thought I had until I started using Theralife. Dr Yang was so helpful as she consulted with me.after 2 months on the supplement I began to wonder if it outdo actually work. About 2-1/2 months into the teatime the I woke up in the mild of the night because something was,running don my cheek. It was an actual tear! For anyone go suffers from dry eye that was a big deal! Itch Dr. Yang's guidance I learned that the combination of the Theralife, night goggles and dry eye glasses were the key to saving my career and relieving the misery I was experiencing.

About 6 years ago I suffered with extreme dry eyes. I could not read, watch tv, go on the computer and light hurt my eyes. I was fortunate enough to find Theralife online after looking for natural cures for dry eye. My doctor had no solutions. In just two weeks after using the auto immune formula my eyes recovered . I have had a very positive experience. Dr. L. Yang, is very personable, easy to talk with, and great with follow ups. Not nearly where I want to be with my Blephoritis/Dry eye condition, but it's only been a short time. Being hopeful.

I am very happy with Theralife. I will admit I was skeptical. My eyes were painfully dry. I had been on prescription drops for almost 2 years and they did not help me with tear production. I ordered the kit and the doctor phoned me the next day to review my symptoms. She is very caring and explained how the products will help me to regain some of my tear production. Today begins my fifth day on the kit and I am very happy. I have followed the program and have not used any eye drops since I began this. My eyes have been very comfortable since day one. On day two, I could feel some moisture in my eyes. The sensitivity to light has greatly improved. I would definitely recommend this to anyone experiencing severe chronic dry eyes.

Good product that helps my eyes produce tears.

Patrick has been taken these supplements now for two months. He is no longer using over the counter drops. However he still getst dry eyes. He believes he does have some improvement. He will use for awhile yet and see if there is more improvement.

I have only been taking Theralife for week now, but I believe I see and feel a noticeable difference to my eyes. Lids don't seem to be as swollen and not as red around the margins. I'm hoping that this isn't just wishful thinking on my part as I have tried everything under the Sun, followed Doctor's orders, and spent more money than I should have just trying to get some relief from the Blepharits. I was miserable as it affected my social life, and I felt like I had to explain to everyone that I spoke with, why my eyes looked so bad. I stopped exercising and pretty much couldn't wait to get home from work so that I could close my eyes as they hurt so bad. This is only week two so i hope my next testimonial will be even better than this one!

I used the Thera life system about 9 years ago when I first started with dry eyes. I was desperate to get relief and tired of putting gobs of drops in my eyes. So this is my re-visit back to this program because all other attempts have failed... I had stinging with Prescription drops, goopy eyes with Castor oil and just no success with over the counter drops... to which I have tried more then 10 different kinds. So the omegas work well with the product. The warm pack and lid cleanse is such a nice soothing feeling. I have only been working with these products for a few days now and they are feeling a little better. I do have to say that the pills did bother my stomach a little so please take with food and milk or yogurt. Best wishes. Be patient and compassionate with this process and with your healing eyes. If you're on the fence and don't know what to try I can truly say this product really works. I have tried all kinds of eyedrops that the doctors wanted me to try with no results. TheraLife has made my eyes back to normal. So if you have dry eye you don't have anything to lose by trying this but your dry eye.

After a summer of many,large styes a few years ago, I was diagnosed w/ Blepharitis. I started to read about natural cures & found the Theralife site. I've been using the Enhanced Eye for a few years now & coupled with diligent lid cleasing, I have had only 2 styes in 2 years..
