The customer service was excellent. We had made an appointment and everything was ready when we arrived. There was a selection of chairs to try and advice on how to use them. Also as we lived locally same day delivery was available.

From the moment I made contact with The Recliner Store it was a pleasurable experience. I needed a chair urgently and they had just the thing in stock. Delivery was quickly arranged. Delivery took place to time with all packaging removed. Communication was excellent by email and a phone call on the day confirming time of arrival. The chair was installed where I wanted it and demonstration given. The whole process from start to finish was easy.

Gary was extremely helpful taking time going through the specs for dual motor: double settee recliner and single tilt recliner chair that I then ordered. Gary kept me informed of progress of the order right up until delivery. I am delighted with the Woburn Celebrity Furniture supplied. I can highly recommend Recliner Store based on the excellent customer service I received

Staff were great and very helpful, even considered coming home from his holiday to help me out. Great product at good price. Delivered on a bank holiday as I needed it quickly. Would shop with them again.

After to speaking to Garry at The Recliner Store in Bradford who we found to be very helpful and knowledgeable. We placed an order on 23-1-22. The furniture duly arrived at our home in Bury St Edmunds a little later than expected due to a manufacturing component supply problem but throughout we were kept unto date with progress by Garry. On delivery day the installation team were on time, polite and very professional. Nothing was to much trouble. We are very pleased with the Woburn furniture, the quality is excellent as was the courtesy and service that we received from Garry throughout. Thank you very much, we hope to be back with a further purchase very soon.

Having bought a recliner settee from Hamiltons many years ago which is still in very good condition, I decided to ask them to send me a brochure for riser/recliner armchairs. Gary called me to explain he was now working from home. His business, The Recliner Store is a small warehouse and tiny showroom which we visited. We received a warm, friendly welcome and were invited to see the chairs which he thought would be suitable for me. I have severe arthritis and have difficulty sitting for any length of time. The chair we bought is absolutely the best. I have not felt so comfortable for a long time. The quality, price and swift delivery - excellent. Plus UK made - that's a bonus. We will be back for another for my hubby. Highly recommended.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! I rang up and spoke to a very helpful gentleman and arranged to take my Mum to the warehouse so she could try some of the chairs we'd seen on the website.
There was a nice cosy little showroom inside and a nice selection to try out.
We didn't know very much about these Riser Recliner chairs but the gentleman was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice and he was so kind and patient with my Mum, I think she's made a new friend!!
The price was absolutely spot on and cheaper then other places too.. We ordered the chair and got it delivered very quickly!
My Mum is thrilled to bits and is already looking at getting a matching settee so we'll most definitely be buying from there again.

Very satisfied with my recline chair delivered as ordered. Only critical element was time taken some 13 weeks with no updates.
I feel shame as very good product but in these times one can become worried whether any issue with order.

I purchased this chair on behalf of my 90 yr old mother who had just returned home from a broken hip operation due to a fall whilst playing table tennis.
