Tras verificar su pedido, podemos confirmar que ya ha sido marcado como entregado. En este caso, le pedimos amablemente que primero revise alrededor de su dirección de entrega, incluyendo su buzón, con sus vecinos y en cualquier lugar seguro donde el paquete pueda haber sido dejado.

I was able to have my product fixed in a very fast manner I am glad I chose this company they have great customer support.

If i could give them zero stars I…

If i could give them zero stars I would. Where do i even start? They accepted my warranty claim and told me there would be a 2 month wait for the part to fix this. Then ignored me for 6 months only to then tell me that they no longer produce my model and that they can offer me $150 voucher to spend on their website.
So, i would need to spend another $400 to have my warranty fulfilled. I cannot believe that a world wide company like Audi would put their name on such rubbish. Audi I hope you see this and I urge who ever is in charge of this deal between Yourselves and Vertagear that read all the terrible reviews of their warranty.
They don't even advertise an address for themselves so good luck to anyone in a different country taking legal action with these.
Big shout out to Jimin, this is fella who sat in his mums back bedroom in his undies chomping on old cold pizza. If he can be bothered to reply to any correspondence he might do. If not, like many others you will be ignored.
On that note, how are "Management" allowing this to happen? There is a reason Overclockers UK stopped stocking these chairs and up until I needed to use their "Warranty" I couldn't see why.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED BY MYSELF AND SO MANY OTHERS. THESE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES GUYS.

Avoid this brand completely!!!

I purchased a chair because I needed one and it looked decent and well priced. Not as comfortable as I expected, but that wasn’t a big problem. What was was the absolutely terrible build quality, a Chinesium bolt broke almost instantly, and their customer support was terrible!!! Basically told me “we don’t replaced that part. No refund or compensation. No discount on a replacement, didn’t care I had a picture of the sheared bolt showing it was basically pot metal. Do not buy from them, anything else will be better and less frustrating!

Customer service is the worst thing…

Customer service is the worst thing ever. They seem nice and helpful but they always give you the same answer if you need to replace the seat mechanism, good luck getting it. I have been trying to get one for almost four months and each time I get the same answer that it’s on back order. I bet you they are still selling new chairs with the mechanism. I’ve called, and emailed them trying to check the availability multiple times and it’s always the same dang answer. All I need is the mechanism but they just won’t send it out!

Happy with Customer Support received.

Love my chair and spend a lot of hours in it for work, so was bummed when the arm fell off and I couldn't figure out how to get it back together. Emailed customer support for instructions on how to repair and they immediately sent me out a whole new arm to bolt on. Quick and easy. Super happy. Communication with them was very efficient.

Zero Customer Support

Bought a €400 chair years ago (believe it was 2018) it was delivered without all the extras I added and paid for. Managed to get someone on the phone about it, and got the extras finally 2 months later. Then within the warranty period the lean-back resistor mechanism broke and I contacted support, no response. After a year something else broke so I tried again, no response. Tried a couple months later, again no response. The chair itself lasted about as long as a €60 one, the stitching and fabric is nice, but the mechanisms where it matters is plastic and breaks quickly. €400 for this is scam, including it's non-existent customer support.

I see a lot of negative reviews but...

I see a lot of negative reviews. At first I was not happy with this company because the order process was sketchy with the website being weirdly formatted; not loading correctly and they were hard to get in contact with. It did take quite a while to get the chair but overall it has been comfortable and easy to put together. My arm rest did recently become loose and about to fall off but after contacting them with warranty and the required fields they sent me a new part fairly quickly free of charge. The seat material does also seem to tare easily. Maybe if I was a bigger and heavier person I would have more issues but for me it has been great.

Received my chair with a small cut in the back rest and one of the armrests didn't work at all. Contacted customer service, sent a few pictures, and they immediately began the replacement process. Best customer experience I've ever had. Jimin was an amazing help, and deserves great praise! Got both parts replaced with no hassle. The 1 star reviews are obviously paid for by competitors, because there's no way they're true.

Easy and pleasant experience

I got a reply back from customer service very quickly and they sent my replacement piece to my house asap. I got it in a few days and I replaced the part on my chair. Fully content with my product now. Very easy and fast

Un exelente servicio de primera rapido servicio sin prolema el samblaje fue muy facil solo mellevo dos minutos en acerlo les agradesco mucho alos de soprte de garantia por su eficas trabajo y el envio fue muy rapido solo tardo tres dias en llegarme el nuevo respusto

Impressive Packaging, Incredible Customer Serivce

The product's packaging was the most impressive I've experienced. Very user-friendly and protective. I contacted support to replace a single screw that I had an issue with and within 2 minutes of landing on the website I had a confirmation that the replacement part was shipping that day. It arrived very quickly and an agent followed up to check in if everything was ok. Definitely a fan of my experience.
