Excellent customer service.
My painting arrived well packaged. Email was answered within a reasonable time. Telephone contact was instant. That is what I call good customer service. The reason I contacted Riverside was because I had changed my mind.

An excellent experience.

Great service, great product
The website was easy to navigate and the pictures of the artwork were good to enable me to make a choice. Once the order was placed I received an email asking me if there was a deadline for delivery as the picture needed framing and they wanted to make sure it was delivered in time. The picture arrived within a week and was so well-packed, the framing is superb, and I am very happy with the quality of the print. Thank you
