As a school party
As a school party, we regularly visit London and we always see The Lion King. This year we fancied a change. We knew it was busy, but Ross Finbow at Group Line was heaven-sent. Exceptional Service & Easy Booking Process
Worked with Ross to book in a large group attending a show and might I say, the service was absolutely amazing! Ross was so easy to work with, answered all of the questions I had very promptly and made sure to accommodate a large group in time for the show we were interested in watching! 10/10 service and booking process!

Wokingham's 'Rose Street Theatre Club' visit Paddington The Musical
Our 'Rose Street Theatre Club', based in Wokingham, Berkshire, yesterday took a group of 106 elderly members, in two coaches, to the Savoy Theatre to see Paddington, the Musical.
Our group sat in the Stalls and Dress Circle and they could all see the stage well.
The Savoy Theatre is not the easiest to get into but this was made much easier this time as we were met and greeted by several members of the front of house staff who led us to the best route of access. They could not have done more for us, even providing chairs for our frailest members to sit in whilst our large group were accessing the theatre.
My thanks go to all of them.
It was a magical performance with brilliant sets and singing. Paddington bear was 'himself' truly lovely and endearing.
A very enjoyable evening was had by all.

Sam is excellent just what I need as a regular group booker
Sam is our regular consultant at Groupline. As a group booker I need someone who is on the ball and can provide timely replies as I am usually dealing with 60-80 people. Sam is always very good and it is reassuring to know when I ask something I will hear back the same day or if she can't get same day she will let me knowl

Superb company!
I probably shouldn't mention my agent, Sam, because I'd like to keep her all to myself! But she truly is an absolute star. She's always there to help, support, and answer any questions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Terrific staff
Kyle was excellent at helping our group arrange tickets for two shows, even shifting a date to make sure we could take advantage of seeing both Oh, Mary! and 1536 while our group was in London.
