My second order with the salelab and can’t fault them. Although part of my order was missing I emailed them and they sorted it by refunding me and paying back the postage. Very good customer service and goods

Great site
I have ordered a few times now and I am really pleased with the products I purchase and always a great price it is a great site for bargains for many different things I always recieve my orders pretty quick as well so I will definitely be shopping on the site again,they get new items in all the time so you have to be quick because they sell out quickly and it's getting your size and for a really good price especially for some of the designer things

Fantastic value items for sale
Fantastic value items for sale. Great customer service, and it surprises me that some reviewers criticise the returns process, as mine went through very quickly and easily. My only comment is that the product descriptions are limited and in a few cases simply wrong. I had to send back a suit jacket as it was described as a suit (but there were no trousers!), and the suit I then ordered was described as an overcoat. I exchanged a few emails with Sales Lab and they always replied quickly to give me the product details I needed, but I can’t help but think that if they got the product description right in the first place, and included more detail in the description, the number of customer contacts they need to deal with would drop dramatically and possibly the number of returns too. But I’d recommend them, I’m very happy with what I bought and my experience of their customer service was great.
