I still haven't received my order or heard any updates in regards to it. I know I preordered two of the Bangtan hoodies but the preorder said at the end of September. Alongside this order I got the UGH jacket which I received an email regarding some missing pieces and the shipping getting delayed which was fine. Except the email said I would get an update with shipping info soon. This email was sent in September 5th and I still haven't heard anything I even tried responding to the email. I'm getting frustrated because I paid a lot of money for these and I really like this brand as I have gotten stuff from them before.

I still have not received my order that was supposed to ship October 31. Then it changed to November 28th and it still hasn’t shipped

My Young Forever zip-up came very quickly!! I absolutely love the design and quality of the jacket. Not only is it super cute but it’s thick enough to keep me warm. Thank you Ezra and Ken ^^

This company is amazing!!! I have several zip-up hoodies and they are hands down the best I’ve ever had. Thick sweatshirts with beautiful embroidery, the quality is unmatched. Fast shipping and good customer service. I highly recommend buying products from this company!!!

The attention to detail truly made me smile, thank you for the care gone into my delivery. The jacket I purchased is so soft and truly felt like I got the WeVerse version.

Purchased the KNJ hoodie for a friend’s birthday present. The hoodie was very comfy, perfect size, and made with quality material. Love it!!!

The hoodie is made of quality material and super soft! It is warm and comfy. If you have broad shoulders, I would recommend sizing up, usually I'm a large, and I got an xl. It fits like the descriptions says. Overall I'm really happy with the hoodie and will wear it frequently!

Items were true to size and nicely made.
It's sometimes difficult to get ahold of them in regards to shipping updates. My pre-ordered items got pushed back several times and it was tricky to track any information about the new release date and several weeks passed until I was able to get a proper response.
But happy with my order after all.

I am so much happy with my purchase! I ordered the 'Still with you' zip up, and it's so pretty ! And the quality is also very good! Nothing else to say except keep going!
Maybe the delivery took a little while, but honestly I do not mind if it's for having such good clothes at the end. It's worth it!

I've received one zip-up hoodie and just ordered another one today. I highly recommend them and they're of excellent quality. The customer service is really fast if you have any concerns, and they're so comfy!

ordered to the UK and wasn't too sure how long it would take and if i would be charged. in the end i was i had 4 charges come off my account which roughly came to £4 in the end and was a bit sceptical of the quality of the clothing when i realised my parcel was shipped from china but its absolutely amazing

I have ordered 3 pieces months ago. The dates for releases of shipments keep changing and changing everytime I come and check on the website. Not sure if I am ever going to receive what I ordered or I was scammed..

Absolutely amazing store!!!! They have more than just beautiful designs, outstanding customer service!! I had lost one of then hoodies I brought from them the black Yoongi one and I had ordered it again because I loved it that much!! However I had found it again at home and they were more than happy to send me another hoodie of my choice!!! Even though I had already recieved the other Yoongi hoodie I ordered, they agreed to send me the other one because it wasn’t exchanged in time! I spoke to Ken and Ezra who sorted everything out for me so big big shoutout to them! Buy from this store you won’t regret it!!! Awesome designs and great lovely people who work there willing to go the extra mile for customers :)
