Very poor. Ineffective approaches and reliant on SMS messages to debtor to ask for money. Took so long the debtor moved twice and I had to pay for a trace.
They eventually gave up and charged me £90 for their ineffectiveness
Do not waste your time with this shocking firm

your response is not factual and they own property and all sorts of assets, you went out to wrong place a few times, then when you did speak with them, they said they would pay never did and no more efforts has ever been made... very very Very poor, this company is not suitable for complicated or even slightly involved cases. Beyond disappointed with there ability to recover debit is very limited and poor admin to put it nicely (this company is more of a telephone agency with limited resources and ability to collect debt.

And in my response to the review of 11 Jan, I get an email asking for further details. Case and name etc. I provide that only to get a further reply asking for the case number.

Given I have already provided the information the Trustpilot link won't let me update it. Farcical

I did look back over the comms from TSO to the defendant and there were some "strongly" worded texts talking about the next steps TSO would take .....none of which materialise. Utter rubbish

The training was straightforward and efficient, with the Sheriff's Office handling the entire process thereafter. They provided excellent updates on the progress, leading to a swift and favorable resolution with full payment made.

Exceptional and effective, they communicated with us consistently throughout the process. They resolved all the issues from what could have been a daunting experience. Grateful and impressed!

Recorded my details, asked for relevant information and took action. Kept me updated every step of the way. I received monthly cheques until all the money owed was repaid. I did not have any communications with the other party everything was managed through The Sheriffs Office. Highly recommend you use this service.

Simply appalling. In writing the local police have given me an account of their incompetence at more than one failed eviction. Playing on layman and using the process to make their charges as high as possible. £500 + for locks you can supply and fit for £100. Save yourself and AVOID.

After much complaining, they have moved things along a little bit, If they manage to pull this back from so many missed and badly dealt with opportunity then I will re score this review, .... thank you for starting to put the right people on it.

Look on google reviews if want to see all the bad ones, If you need debt recovery they really offer a poor service, we gave them so much information and everything they did made no sense. I just can not see how they get these good reviews. Turning up at wrong location after being provided maps and locations very poor admin the list is to long to list , very poor customer services, 1 star is to kind. waste of time

Please let them know what your case is all about , I did this to guide the sheriffs, I had my judgement and they sheriffs went in to the defendants office , and done the job perfectly well, I m so grateful to know that there are people who work for JUSTICE they are emphatic and I will use them on my next missions. I can’t thank them enough. 🤗

Don’t bother using this company. They just go through the motions giving unhelpful non progress reports and don’t actually do anything and let the debtor run rings around them. The agent had no idea how to deal with matter and took no initiative in trying to progress matters. They spent more than five months sending messages but did not take a single step step towards recovering a penny of my client’s debt. Utterly useless. Don’t waste your time. They will only do it for you.

Pros: they were super professional, kept me informed by email, and when I rang them querying their rather uninformative emails, I always got through to a real person who looked up the file and gave me very good advice on next steps. They were truly lovely to someone like me who really didn't understand the small claims process.
Cons: no one told me that I had to file a separate claim once the court found in my favour. It was a significant sum of money to pay the court and sheriff's offices fees upfront although I recouped this in full with interest once the bailiffs went in. The emails are very vague with no timeline, but, as I said, they are very helpful when you ring. The whole claim process took almost 2 years!

Possibly the worst part of the experience of trying to legally reclaim money owed to you.
They don't tell you that if the person who owes the money refuses to answer the door or interact with their letters through the door. they do nothing.
If the person lies about their income and falsely fills out income and expenditure forms they do nothing.
If you give full details of assets available, home address, phone number, email, work etc of the debtor...
They do nothing...
Except write very rare letters to inform you they did nothing before finally closing the case.
Don't believe the TV perception that they'll enter a house and force a settlement or remove their stuff.
They cause you more stress than the original debtor did.
Utter rubbish.

Professional, efficient & kept us informed every step of the way. Took away all the problems of what was a nightmare. Thank you, well done.
