Staff is very helpful and patient
Dropped by the flagship store to check out shirts and pants for a formal event.
Staff member Onie was very patient in explaining the various models of shirts (e.g bamboo vs cotton) available and was very helpful to assess my size and fit when I was trying out their products.
Onie was also very clear in explaining the fitting process as well as the alteration pricing costs.
For a person who doesn't wear formal often, the experience gave me a clearer understand of the process and material.
Would recommend especially if you are new like me who needs a formal set for the first time in your life.

Visited The Shirt Bar at Isetan and was served by Onie. She was super patient and demonstrated great customer service. Eventually bought three shirts and a tie. the range of shirts at Shirt Bar are good and unique in design.

Very helpful and attentive service
Very helpful and attentive service by Ms Onie at Isetan Scotts! She gave helpful advice and was very patient as we went through various designs and sizes! The materials are different from the typical run of the mill brands. We especially love the wrinkle free material which will definitely come in handy for long work days and even overseas work trips.

Excellent Shirt Bought with Great Service
I was shopping for a business shirt at ISETAN Shaw House and came across The Shirt Bar boutique, where I was attentively served by a very helpful and friendly lady, Ms. Onie.
TSB has a comprehensive range of shirts meeting both business and casual needs. The quality and price of the garments on offer are very good and reasonably priced.
I am happy with my purchase and the service that was rendered to me, and will patronise this shop again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Very good customer service
Bought a shirt online. Had the correct street address, but one digit off on the zip code. I emailed TSB to let them know about the error. The package was correctly delivered, and they messaged me on WhatsApp that day to confirm that I received.

Recently got their Italian fabric shirts love the design and quality of material. Pricy but imo worth every penny as given my size it’s really hard to find nice fitting shirts that don’t require custom tailoring.
