I am trying to get a return label and refund first they offered me a different size then directed me to their refund where you type in order number....not given on any packing invoice....I did type it in and my email and it's saying that it can't find my order
Next I will ship it with a tracking number and have my card handle it

Driver in his wisdom decided I wasn’t in and delivered to a drop off point. I can prove by time stamped delivery from another company that I received a signed for package 1 min after ups attempted delivery. The drop off point was 3 mins drive away however it arrived there within 2
The box looked like it had been used as a lunch table. Spilled coffee stains. Adhesive tape mainly loose. Hence not a great service. Certainly will avoid going forward

Easy and fast delivery

An absolutely disgraceful experience. I bought a pair of shoes from this seller and then discovered the identical pair was available elsewhere for substantially less. When challenged, Caitlin’s answer was effectively “no returns”, as if a self-serving policy statement somehow overrides statutory consumer rights. It does not.
If a seller is trading as a business, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply to distance sales, and customers’ legal rights cannot be excluded by attitude, wording, or sheer brass neck. What I encountered was not customer service but obstruction: evasive replies, an unwillingness to engage properly with the legal position, and an overall approach that gave the impression the seller thought the law was for other people.
The entire experience left a very poor impression. In my opinion, this was the conduct of a seller more interested in retaining an inflated sale than acting lawfully, fairly, or professionally. Consumers should think very carefully before buying here.

Easy payment and quick delivery

Excellent and easy service order went wrong but sole responded fast and resolved easily brilliant

I purchased a pair of sneakers!
They charged my account 2 times and I never received the sneakers!
Sent them emails without any response!
At the end I had to go through my bank and revert the payments!

I bought a pair of adidas torsion ZX 8000 with Sole Supplier for around £220 without delivery charges added into the cost. UPS delivered the item on the day mentioned with them. Couldn’t be happier after previous delivery issues with clothing bought from other suppliers and Evri botching the delivery for items to go missing or stolen. Much appreciated UPS and Sole Supplier so a 5/5 star for your service. Thanks!

I bought a pair of Asics Gel-Kayano 14 for £239.47 (Order TSM-6326136456) believing their promise that goods are "dispatched after authentication”.

After comparing them to a retail-verified pair, I had serious concerns about the quality. I paid for a professional third-party authentication via CheckCheck (ID: 260205579187), and the shoes officially received a "NOT PASS" result - confirmed counterfeit.

Buying trainers should be easy and a straight forward process, not with this lot it ain’t as bent as sickle. I would class Sole Supplier on the same par as Ticket Touts.
You never get a reply to an inquiry either, when they launched the ZX8000s you couldn’t buy them online or on their App - when I eventually got through surprise surprise sold out, in minutes 🤔
Then they’re selling them for £140 over the RRP at least Richard Turpin wore a mask. I rate them as high as Offspring as low as a snakes belly.
Footpatrol I’d highly recommend no hidden agendas straight up and on the level.

i ordered some Goldie x adidas Silverbirch SPZL Metalheadz trainers and they look amazing (hoping they’re original as per website advice); i got them for my bf for valentine’s day, so hopefully he’ll be as happy as me

Arrived in a timely manner perfect packaging and great product. Its my second time using sole supplier in the last couple months and il definitely be using them again. They have trainers that aree hard to get at competitive prices.

Ordered some p-6000 trainers because I couldn’t get them in the shops ordered them 2 days before Christmas and came straight away very good services and the product is in new condition would really recommend this company

Firstly my order was cancelled as seller had not shipped, but Caitlin from customer services went above and beyond to have my next order shipped and delivered to me within 48 hours. Her customer service was 10/10, with constant communication. I am very grateful to her as I was worried I wouldn’t get them in time for Xmas as they were a present for my daughter. the box to my step sons jordan four gs black cats 2025 is basically ripped and the shoes are not individually wrapped like the pair i have for myself ordering was easy and delivery was fast but because of the state of the box I feel to get them legit checked also the first pair I ordered didnt pass the legit check im a big fan of sole suplier but this has been my first purchase from there market place and it has been disappointing tbh
