I previously reviewed with my dissatisfaction....I got a reply to say the the company accepted that the service was not adequate and as a good will gesture I would get 10 percent off....this was published and public facing....I never received any such good will gesture

The trainers I’ve been after for weeks was only available here, the site is quick to use and found my size easily.

I was able to find an out of stock item, communication was good, I was updated on the status of the order and item came as described in a brand new box in 2 bds. Happy to deal again.

Was the first time using sole supplier , couldn’t get football boots from adidas direct so thought we would try . Felt reassured that goods were verified as lots of rubbish copies online . Boots are perfect and genuine . Highly recommend

Delivered quickly (2 days from ordering), there were frequent updates about my order and delivery. And the shoes are in perfect condition. Would order via sole supplier again.

This was my first order from sole supplier and I am so incredibly happy with the service/company. I kept trying to get the new release of Adidas Samba Cow shoes on ASOS but to no avail. Sole supplier continuously updated me about new restocks which was so incredibly helpful, but I still didn’t manage to get them! It then gave me the option to buy them new from a second hand person (where they make a bit of money from it) which I decided to do because I loved them. Sole supplier were so quick and I had the trainers 2 days later! The quality of the shoes were immaculate, and I believe they check them from the 2nd hand seller before they are then sent to you. I had consistent updates about the delivery and am incredibly impressed! Will definitely be ordering from them again when I find a trainer I like. Brilliant company and they should be very proud of themselves!

Bought a paring of Air Jordan’s 4 Industrial Blue as a gift for myself.

Had a disgusting experience with the delivery, delivery man didn’t deliver on the same time, without me calling them. Wore it once and noticed that the glue coming out on the left shoe on the front …… now I’m worrying that it can be fake or good quality replica…
