The Space Program Opiniões

Excellent customer service from the Space Program team in Weston. Clear communication and always helpful.

Excellent communication with friendly and helpful staff. The contents of my home were stored for over 1 year and came out in very good condition.

From the very first visit and chat with Crystal I knew I had chosen the right place to store my stuff.
Extremely helpful staff, everything was explained, I was shown a few unit before I chose the 1 that was right for me. Each time I called in to deposit or collect, Crystal was there with a smile and a greeting from Nora Dora (her lovely dog).
The whole process was faultless, I have recommend Space programme to lots of others.

Well done to you all

Very pleased with the team.
Easy and straightforward

Easy booking process with clear pricing.
Container was very clean and accessible.
Clear and very helpful communication throughout.
All in all, very good!

Very helpful staff, full freedom to come and go as needed. I would certainly use them again.

Container was instantly available. Communicaton was easy and regular. Stuff survived in perfect condition. When I gave too little notice of ending my hire according to the terms and conditions they waived all bar 2 days of it and refunded me straight away

What made my experience great? In a word - Crystal. She is the most helpful human being you will meet, even put the kettle on when we went to have a look at the different storage options.
And then...... after choosing our little room and getting it all set up we rolled up at midnight, used the access code to open the huuuuge security gates and used the app to open various doors, I was like a kid thinking I was in mission impossible! No, I don't get our much!
It's all just so easy, clean and safe. I don't know why we didn't do it sooner. Really competitive offers too so our first 3 months is a bargain! Exactly what we needed when moving houses.
Can't recommend highly enough. In an in increasingly complicated life, this was so easy.

Really really helpful! Crystal was wonderful, I can't speak highly enough of her. Went into great detail with me of my options, showed me all the containers available and made sure I understood all is the process and details of entrance and terms of the storage contract.
Thank you crystal! Xx

Crystal at the Tewkesbury branch was amazing and so helpful from the day i took on the unit to the day i left the unit.
She is a credit to the business.

Excellent and highly recommended. Crystal was kind, efficient and very helpful.

From start to finish the whole process was explained perfectly by Crystal, it was so nice to meet someone who is very passionate about it all .. she also makes a decent brew 🙂

Excellent communication from day 1. Extremely welcoming and very helpful nothing was too much trouble and the welcome starter pack was a fabulous touch

We needed somewhere to store a reasonable amount of stuff to give us time to decide what was needed and what wasn't when down sizing.
The process was well explained and it is a very straightforward operation. The place is immaculately clean. The staff are extremely friendly. Most of the time we dealt with Crystal who was wonderful.

The personal service was very good it was just that the storage was outside and therefore due to gravel was unable to sort
Also no lighting in winter would have been an issue as long term storage

From the emails, phone calls and meeting staff in person, it has been a great experience. Lauren and Co. were amazing and friendly throughout as well as helpful and informative when I had questions. Clean facilities, fair pricing and a great location right next to the B&Q’s in Swindon. Just great convenience.

Excellent. Very easy to access and use. Great customer service.

Staff are the real asset here! Very helpful and flexible.
Thank you so much for all your help and guidance.

Excellent service, friendly staff, plenty of information, Sarah showed and walked us through the different sizes of storage before we made our choice.Easy access to the unit and site. If needed would use again.

The staff are very attentive to my needs and made the whole experience of hiring from them really easy. The service was second to none, excellent. Thank you guys, for everything
