The Space Program Opiniões

Convenient, efficient and flexible. Easy to change storage capacity as we gradually moved our possessions into our new home. Very cost effective with the considerable bonus of advice, coffee and a chat with Crystal.

Eleias Roberts was amazing. He was approachable, friendly and professional. No matter when I rang him for whatever I needed he was reassuring and helpful. The container was a great space and very secure. One weekend we needed to speak to someone and a phonecall was all that was needed, the 24 hour service is great. The bay as a location is slightly out of the way but if like us, you just needed items stored for a length of time and didn't need to access them too often, it was perfect. I highly recommend The Space Programme as the customer service was excellent and storage a good competitive price.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Secure site and container with coded access to site. Container boarded out and clean.

Good communication, even when a staff member left.
Responded quickly to any quesitons.

Great service from Elias at the Cardiff branch. We always felt looked after and sure that our things were safe. The gated compound requires entry through 2 security gates, and there is CCTV all around. Container was in great condition and a great size. Super happy and will always use when we have need 👍🏻❤️ recommend to others

Superb service from start to finish. I needed urgent secure storage with unlimited access and The Space Program provided everything and more. 10/10 business model. Excellent staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I overpaid on my final month and the money was refunded automatically, immediately. Highly recommend 👍

Exactly what we needed. Really friendly and helpful staff always on hand. No problems at all. Would use again.

I would 100% recommend The Space Storage programme. Sarah was so helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish and answered every question we had. We secured a great deal of a half price 20ft unit for 8 weeks and honestly the unit was spotless. Access to the unit was smooth and easy thanks to Sarah for making sure we knew the codes and explaining where all the resources were.

Fantastic personel, extremely friendly and helpful.

Facility was clean and tidy, issues resolved quickly (usually user error).

Access was easy and secure.

The staff are lovely. But the storage unit leaked and so when I came to empty it. several items of furniture had to be dumped.

If you need to store anything at all this is the place to go. My home was stored for around 4months and it was safe and very secure. Sarah and the team were professional and helpful with a sense of humour and made everything easy to understand. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Space Programme.

Great facility for our temporary storage problem. Sarah very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy access at all times. Reasonable pricing. Look out for their special offers.
Would definitely recommend.

Very very helpful. Sarah was so easy to deal with and explained and sorted everything out for us. Hassle free

I had an amazing experience with The Space Program in Tewkesbury, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Crystal was incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Can’t thank Dave enough for helping us out
Great services

It has been the best storage that I have used.
Eleias has been amazing, always ready to help.
I would recommend it to everyone.

The Space Programme offers fantastic storage for a few reasons: firstly the site is accessible via a keypad 24/7 so there’s never a problem getting to your unit. Secondly, the units are all at ground level making loading and unloading much simpler than other units, no doors or lifts or long corridors. The two sized units cater for domestic and commercial use and the additional insurance you get once items are itemised means peace of mind.
