The Space Program Opiniões

A great experience from the moment we rang Crystal to see if you had spaces, she kept us completely informed and rang us to say she had a container when we needed it.
Crystal looked after us from the start, always friendly and on a very hot day last summer gave us drinks and snacks. Whenever we went back to Tewkesbury Crystal was always happy to chat and made you feel so welcome. When we left it was actually quite sad. An excellent experience you have a top employee in Crystal and we would recommend you to anyone. Not only that you offer very competitive prices. Perfect. ++++

The storage units were clean, dry and secure. The site staff at Avonmouth were always on hand when needed and were extremely helpful and professional. Dave, particularly always went above and beyond. Great service. Highly recommended.

Staff are extremely helpful. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

We decided to go and do something different when we retired and sail around the rivers and canals in the UK. But we had to sell our house and store the important items we'd need as and when we came back to bricks and mortar. WHERE TO STORE? We found the Space Program. SO GOOD. They had a van which we were able to use and decant all the important items from our house. We would have been in hard times without it. For the last nearly 7 years the Space Program has been consistently excellent. Easy to work with, helpful when one requires help and after much time well recommended.

Great service & flexibility. Ian at Bristol South is always friendly and helpful.

Very secure site with insurance included gives great peace of mind.

From the moment I was greeted to the moment I had no longer the need for the storage, everything was fantastic. Just a call or an email away with queries, they were answered politely and in a friendly manner.

The storage itself was spot on, saying that I didn't really have an experience to compare it to but I was over the moon with it. Ease of access, 24/7 and an office I could work from. Absolutely brilliant.

If you need storage, then this is the way to go

Initial contact was straight forward and helpful. The process all operated as expected and to the agreed timescale.

Friendly staff. The companies we used to have items put in storage all had good relationships with Sarah, which helped it all run smoothly, especially when we emptied the container and they dropped the keys back for us. Would use again.

Very good customer service easy to access storage all round great experience using these services.

With Space Program at Weston was able to efficiently arrange storage remotely for furniture and belongings for gap I moving houses. Staff helpful and informative at all times.

Clean container. Great access 24/7 and very reasonable use of van when available at very cheap rate. Would recommend.

It was incredibly easy to access our storage. The staff were discreet and exceptionally helpful. It was a joy to be part of the Space Programme

Good clean and dry storage with easy excess

Well priced clean containers great access day and night

Extremely helpful and a very good price compared to other storage places. Felt like the place was very secure and I didn't worry about my things whilst in storage at all. All queries or emails were answered promptly too. Had to use in an emergency as part of my roof came off during the storm meaning 20 leaks into my loft bedroom. Would use the them again if I needed to.

So easy to do and greeted with a smile from the staff

The Space Program provided us with much needed clean, safe and conveniently located storage space between house relocations. Dave "the controller" was polite, explained the T&C's carefully and was always at hand to answer any questions. In all we used The Space Program for 20 months, with no regrets. The monthly cost was competitive, the container easily accessed...and at weekends too! We received a refund for the part month post our vacation of the unit which was a nice touch. They come highly recommended.

Helpful office staff, easy access 24 /7, straightforward billing system, all in all great service.

Well organised clean and dry containers site staff courteous knowledgeable and helpful.

We have used your storage facilities for a number of years. Always been helpful and approachable. Its only that we require somewhere nearer to our business activities that we have had to move. Thank you for your services over the past few years!
