After being apprehensive about how this would go all the team from Admin to the medical team made the process smooth and seamless. Even the initial session which I was really nervous about was put at ease and there was no such thing as a silly question. I could email and add anything on if I feel I missed anything. The whole team were lovely and feel like they were very understanding of my worries, concerns and fears.

I found the whole experience from start to end to be professional, courteous, kind and understanding. I would recommend the Spectrum Clinic without hesitation and am very glad that I used their service.

I have completed both the Child and Adult ADHD Assessment Courses with The Spectrum Clinic and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Antonietta is extremely knowledgeable, and very generous with both her time, and resources, leaving you feeling confident and well equipped to begin the process of assessments.

Excellent service, very helpful and friendly with my queries even before I booked an appointment.

I was able to book the appointments very quickly and at a time that was convenient. At each assessment they explained about it to myself and my son. The reports came back soon after the assessments again before we got the written report we had a an appointment with the clinician who explained their findings first.

Overall extremely satisfied with the service and all the clinicians involved. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic training. Very thorough and academically up to date. Wonderfull recourses. The presenter knew her subject very well and could communicate the training in an understandable and professional manner.

Massive thanks to Anto and The Spectrum clinic for the excellent adult ADHD training day I attended. Excellent quality training was provided alongside practice based examples to illustrate points. It was informative and thought provoking and it really helped me to see how I could incorporate ADHD assessment into my own private practice. I hope to take up more training opportunities with them in the future.

Child and Adult ADHD Assessment and Diagnosis training course has been absolutely fantastic. Dr Pirillo is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced practitioner who is very passionate about her work. The course is very thorough and clear, comes with the provision of excellent resources. Fantastic value for money. I would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Spectrum were recommended to use by our sons school, so we made initial contact and right from the start the team have been so helpful and prompt at providing information. Appointments were arranged without hassle and our questionnaire links all provided straight to our email which we were able to complete at home when we had time in the evening. The administration kept in contact regularly before our appointments took place and reminder messages were sent alongside all the relevant links. We found the meetings themselves to be in depth and thorough, the professionals were very easy to talk to and made our family feel at ease.
Our feedback meeting lasted an hour compared to the 10 minutes we had for our other son who was assessed via the nhs, the clinician talked us through their findings making sure to cover each area of their findings and provide useful links and advice we could look into before the official report was received. We are so pleased we chose Spectrum, a truly professional service.

The whole experience with the spectrum clinic had been incredibly supportive. I had initially requested to speak to someone to express my concerns as I was overwhelmed and thought the process would be daunting. I felt validated and supported from the first call and some of my anxieties and worry taken away. I had other complexities and issues at the time which was taken into consideration and give the space and time that I needed. The assessment was very thorough and I was amazed in the feedback how well I had been understood and validated my life and my experiences. They highlighted on my strengths and the struggles I have and ways to strengthen these. The recommendations for support was amazing and very professional, also including the CMHT for how best to support me. I could not recommend enough! The experience has been life changing and now able to be supported according to my needs and no longer constantly trying to "fix" what's not broken, just different. Thank you

Straight forward with peace of mind.
This was a daunting thought and took months to put in motion. I am so happy I had sent the initial enquiry. Response within 24 hrs and seen within a couple of weeks. The local NHS waiting list is in excess of 2 years! The process made sense and not once did I feel out of place. Everyone I had been involved with was professional and prompt. Highly recommend!

The assessments were thorough,but not too stressful to take part in.

In September this year I started to think my teenage daughter was autistic. Wanting to get swift help for her I started to look for somewhere to do a diagnosis. I’d contacted quite a few places before coming across The Spectrum Clinic. I spoke to Antonietta who was so helpful and understanding and made appointments for our meetings very swiftly. From beginning to end the process took three weeks. It was dealt with compassionately and professionally throughout. We received our diagnosis in time to help my daughter during her GCSE year. I’d highly recommend using The Spectrum Clinic, whether for yourself or a child. I’m glad we found them!

The Spectrum Clinic surpassed our expectations when dealing with our daughters diagnosis. From the outset they were professional, easy to talk to and compassionate, making what could be a difficult process as easy as possible. They explained every step with patience and consideration. They put both myself and my daughter at ease and showed empathy. Each stage was swift and clear. We both felt in safe hands and I'm so grateful I chose them in such an important decision. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic service from start to end, we were made to feel at ease right from start, not easy getting your adult son diagnosed, we felt listen and heard to for the first time in a very long time, we were not rushed very in depth, when it came to our son’s session his words “they understand me”
The feedback gave us lots of answers some we already knew others not so but clarified so much for us, some amazing suggestions on how we can help him now and in the future. The report is excellent, we can now have this added to his health records not just the words maybe ASC or parents suspect and start to get him the support he needs now and for the future.
