I have just come back from a Stag Weekend in Newcastle and what a cracking weekend it was. Trying to organise 15 lads was proving tricky especially as social distancing rules were ever changing. Sarah managed to organise us three days of madness and even managed to get us a "VIP treatment" experience at such short notice for the England Game. If I ever have to organise a stag do again or even a fun weekend away I will definitely be using the Stag and Hen Experience.

Sarah had the near impossible job of trying to organise a stag do for 15 lads during all the covid restrictions and absolutely overdelivered. Even managed to get us seats for the England game which was proving extremely difficult for everyone else. Communication was spot on and can’t recommend more.

Enjoyed an excellent weekend in Newcastle thanks to the great organisational skills of Sarah. We were fully equipped with all the information needed, well planned out and given good advice on how to get the most from our time during Covid restrictions. Even managed to organise the very best seats in the house for the England game at short notice. Highly recommended for a trustworthy process that will keep the boys entertained.

The Stag and Hen employees, in particular Richard, Naomi and Steve have been amazing during this planning process. The initial date was in June 2020 but we were unable to proceed due to COVID. We moved the event to July 2021. They have been working very hard to provide us with alternative options to ensure we are all happy.

I highly recommended this company and Naomi Iv had to reschedule my hen do 3 times now due to covid and Naomi has gone above and beyond for me in helping me move dates ect we’ve had lengthy phone calls and even put the world to rights on a few occasions Iv never met Naomi but every time we speak on the phone it’s like I’m speaking with a mate 🤣 i also love how they keep you up to date with everything even tho my hen do is still so far away it’s great being kept in the loop thanks again Naomi for all your help over the last 2 years Laura x

I highly recommend this company and Naomi. My brother has had to backdate his wedding twice now because of covid so I've also had to backdate the stag do too. Both times she has made it easy with no hassle and no extra fees to deal with.

After the COVID rules were extended this year sadly we had to cancel our Hen house weekend booked with the Stag and Hen Experience. After our first weekend was affected by covid, we decided to move the weekend into 2021. None of us even considered that our wedding and hen weekend would be affected yet again!

The couple decided to hold a small wedding under the restrictions this year. We had no choice but to cancel the weekend. The Stag and Hen Team have been amazing throughout and have kept in contact, always gave us our options and have been sympathetic and helpful with any questions or changes we have made and worked with us all the way. I feel so bad after all the hard work you have put in twice for us that we have to get a our weekend refunded, and really appreciate the speed in which you gave us the money back. I would always use you again and cannot recommend you highly enough. Thanks so much

I must tell you about this impressive small but wonderful company. It has been the most awful time for travel, especially for those involved with weddings, including Hen and Stag events as all have been drastically affected by Covid and the restrictions. This company however have moved heaven and earth to accommodate me and my party. They have offered rearrangments, kept in touch throughout the past year and kept me informed and updated every step of the way. They have worked with me to solve situations and given me informed choices, which has meant a good outcome for me and my party. Always polite, honest and they have worked incredibly hard to help me reach my dream. Well done Hen and Stag Experience. I hope going forward your company will grow, and prosper. You so deserve this review.

I would not book with this company again. Having trusted them with a 25 person booking pre-Covid, they then used every way possible to squirm out of being helpful or providing a reasonable response to a booking which could no longer go ahead due to the pandemic. Demanding full balance payment at a time in the middle of a national lockdown knowing full well travel wasn’t going to happen was a completely unreasonable approach, nor a reasonable option to expect us to collect money from 25 people. When we asked to extend our payment deadline by 2 days so we could await the PMs speech to the nation, we were denied without any logical explanation other than the company knew very well the PM would not lift restrictions and in doing so they would then be liable to provide a full refund. This company has made £1k from my booking by refusing to refund our deposits, despite all travel out of the country, or even our of the region you live in, at the time being illegal. Do not book with this company!

Our weekend was cancelled due to the pandemic, however you’ve kept in contact with us and have managed to book us a new weekend traveling this July . Thank you for keeping our funds safe and for all the amazing customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Knowing full well we weren’t going to be able to travel due to restrictions (we were still in a national lockdown with an indefinite end date at the time the full balance was due) they refused to refund our deposits. Foreign travel is now illegal until an unknown date. The trip (which is supposed to be this weekend) is not possible through no fault of our own and we booked it pre pandemic! So this company have essentially made over £1000 from us for doing nothing, and taken advantage of our hardship at an already difficult time. I will not be recommending them to anyone

Right from the off Naomi was fantastic, booking and arranging the weekend was made so easy,

Naomi was as fantastic as ever, professional and delightful to work with. She explored every possible way of getting out weekend to go ahead even included weekly updates,

Sadly we had to cancel the trip and Naomi was able to secure us a refund, even after the trip was cancelled Naomi continued to work with me to ensure my guests got back the correct amount they paid

Naomi has gone above and beyond to help sort out a trip booked during very uncertain times that we have had to move dates on twice. I would highly recommend the stag and hen experience and i would certainly use them again in the future.

Credit where credits due. Naomi from stag and hen experience has been absolutely fantastic dealing with our concerns during the current times. Sadly our experience had been cancelled and although we didn’t get a full refund I was so grateful for the professional and speedy process. Very professional and stress free .

The Stag and Hen experience have been so helpful to me and my group over the last few months . I arranged a hen weekend in Brighton which was due to take place in August of this year , Sadly due to social distancing we didn’t want to travel . They have helped me move my weekend over to 2021 , for doing all this extra work they have only asked for an extra £10 per head which my group were all happy to pay. The whole experience while dealing with this company has been completely stress free and for that I am truly grateful.
I was looking to book a hotel directly on a non-refundable rate and use the company for events only , if I had done this we would have lost all of our hotel money thankfully I used the Stag and hen experience for a complete package, which meant all of our funds were safe and my booking and was moved to 2021 .

Wow such a great service and thank god they are bonded and protected our funds. My husband to be has booked with another agent and they have had no form of communication and it looks like they have gone out of business. I wish they had booked with the Stag and hen Experience as the funds would have been safe. The team have made contact throughout and options to move my booking again from 2021 into 2022 if we wish to do so. I understand the small admin fees the second time round, and balances as I can only imagine how much work is involved in a group booking. The repor built and trust has been outstanding, throughout the whole process and we meant to be travelling in early April 2020.



Hats off to the team and how hard this year must have been with so many disappointed Hens and Stags.

The staff at stag and hen have been brilliant 😁 I made the decision to postpone my hen as I had to postpone my wedding and did not want to take any risks. They have dealt with this for me straight away and it was a smoother process than I expected. Hats off to the team working hard in these difficult times it's not easy

The people who work at the stag and hen experience are great always willing to work with you. great help due to the COVID 19 stuff going on they let me move the stag twice now free a charge which means a lot to us and we’re going though this hard time I can’t thank them enough.

They guys and girls at the stag and hen experience are excellent and professional I've had 100% communication and calls emails all the way through especially with covid forever present they have gone out of there way to be helpful nothing has been a problem or a burden i don't think i could of asked anymore then they have done for me thank you all especially naomi who has dealt with me from day 1 my mind has been at ease all the way through
