The Sterling Choice Opiniões

HR team made to transition into this job extremely easy. The team there was all very welcoming and informative.

Honest, quick and straight forward

Recommend, they called me out of the blue with a job that ticked all my boxes.

The company was on top of the job at all times. It was refreshing to see. I needed to move on from my current role and looking forward to starting. The recruiter handling my transition was excellent

Great advice, professional all the way.
Kept in touch and updated me through each step.
Took the time to get to know me personally.

It was a great experience with Nick through out the whole process. I am pleased to secure a professional relationship with him. I wish him all the best.

Really good level of communication which involved understanding my goals and requirements for finding a suitable role for me. A well followed through recruitment process from the first introductions to post acceptance of job offer.

Awesome and kind staff. Working with Adam and his staff is just a pleasure.
Excellent and clear information regarding the offers and great support in preparation for the interviews.
Strongly recommended for all people who looking for a new job or any advice regarding the job market

I am absolutely delighted by the recruitment consultancy offered by the company's consultant, Sam Thompson.

Sam helped me to secure a Technical Manager role at a great company.

Throughout the process, he took time to understand what I have to offer in term of soft and hard skills, and also what am I looking for regarding the next step in my career.

Sam was always available to respond to any questions I had, and intermediated very well the communications between me and the new employer.

Thank you, Sam, for your professionalism.

Brilliant recruitment company, can’t recommend them enough! Especially James, thank you for all your help

Gianni was attentive throughout the recruitment process. He kept me well informed at all times. And, he ensured that there were no gaps in the details of the job role and company. Great job

Charley and Dan were very helpful! Great service

Jordan at The Sterling Choice went above and beyond to help me secure my first role outside of the military and I would recommend anyone searching for work to get in contact with The Sterling Choice.

Throughout the entire process Dan kept me updated and informed on my application.
Even after accepting the role Dan kept in touch with me to see if everything was going well.

James Houston from The Sterling Choice kept me informed and updated at every stage of the interview process. He told me lots about the company and was able to help me with any questions I had. I would 100% recommend their service as I have now been accepted for the role I was wanting.

EXCELLENT!!!
Not sure if they are the best on the market because :) I choose not to work with other agencies because of their approach toward the individual, the person they are working with.
I felt like good friends. My last two jobs were secured by them. My first experience was with Joe for at least 4 years, and after his leaving, I dealt with Sam and Hannah who exceed my expectations: they are kind, thoughtful, and caring, they listen and they will find the best job for your needs in the most professional way.
I will never look somewhere else than The Sterling Choice.
Thank you!

Excellent support the whole way through the process. They keep in touch and will always do what’s best for you.
They have helped me secure 2 roles over the last few years.
However, in my opinion what makes them the best is the comms, nothing complicated the whole process was smooth.
Keep up the great work!

I must say that I'm very impressed with the service I've received from The Sterling Choice. The recruitment process was efficient and the communication throughout, has been excellent. I would highly recommend The Sterling Choice.

I was made to feel very welcome throughout the full process but the main thing for me was that the recruiter just understood my full situation!

Great communication all the way through the process, frank and constructive conversations. Expertly guided through the minefield of interviews. In my experience not many consultants ring you before the interview to make sure you’re sorted and give you a pep talk without been condescending. Great support!
