We urgently needed a new battery for our daughters smartphone we found one at Techbase it was despatched and we received it within 2 days now her phone is really good and holding charge, thankyou .

I didn't get the battery on time(not their fault, altough I see it happens to other people as well and the delivery was expensive) so had to return the item straight away.
No refund and no emails were returned.
You own me money.

Item delivery is good but delivery charges are high

Terrible company I have sent several emails as I received a faulty battery which wasn’t cheap in comparison to the normal price of a battery. I have emailed and called and nobody ever gets back me. Avoid at all cost

Despite Being Professionally Fitted, This NEW Battery for a Mote E30 is - Bluntly-Put - DIRE!! And the Mobile Number Cannot take "your call at the moment" .. FARSCICAL!! :( :(

AT CHECKOUT PAID £10 FOR DELIVERY OF MOBILE
PHONE BATTERY BY DPD. THIS WAS THEN CHANGED TO D H L WHICH WAS A SHAMBLES THEY
HAD MY ORDER FOR 5 DAYS THEN IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS,NO NOTE
WAS POSTED THROUGH MY DOOR TO INFORM ME
THIS HAD HAPPENED

Very happy with the service I received from The Techbase.

I received exactly what I ordered, and on schedule.

And I liked the fact I was kept up-to-date as to the whereabouts of the the items.

Shout out also to DHL, who also did their job very well also.

Order arrived promptly and correct though with no manufacturers instructions. Following a phone call these were immediately emailed to me.

Ordered battery, paid £10 for next day delivery, didn't show up till 2 days later. Emailed them, slow to respond. Then Adam replied said it was couriers fault, I then sent email requesting refund for postage and have heard NOTHING for a week. Hence the 1 star. Expensive postage and lack of communication.

I feel the product I ordered was in perfect working order and i had no problems with the service given.

Item fits so well, very good quality, and affordable price ! But delivery is expensive... More than the price of the item

Good communication by the company. I spoke to a pleasant, interested real person who was very helpful and explained about 'back order'.

I sent for an iPad charger from The Techbase, which when it arrived didn’t fit!
But they continued to help me. They had so much patience and told me they wanted to get it right for me! The 2nd charger didn’t fit, so they asked me to send some photos of the device and charging ports.
Eventually they got back saying that it wasn’t an iPad, it was a kindle.
It had been put in an iPad box, it had belonged to my Dad and I didn’t realise.
They certainly went above and beyond for me, I am so pleased (but embarrassed) !! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and intend to buy a new device WITH A CHARGER from them. Customer Service hasn’t gone after all. Thank you again Techbase. Annette.
