TWC Massage & Co. | Ottawa, Canada Connection Without Labels. TWC Massage & Co. is an independent massage, personal care, companionship, and hospitality business based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Founded by Miguel Belair in March 2026 and incorporated as TWC Company Inc. in September 2026, the business combines personalized services with the facilities and accountability of an established company. Originally focused on massage for men, including gay and bisexual men, TWC has since expanded to welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, backgrounds, ages, and body types. All clients must be at least 18 years old. The philosophy behind TWC is simple: Connection Without Labels. Clients are welcomed as individuals, without assumptions about their identity, preferences, or reasons for visiting. The Lodge | Private Massage & Sauna in Ottawa At the heart of TWC is The Lodge, a private, four-storey massage and hospitality property in Ottawa, near the Montfort Hospital. Unlike a conventional commercial spa, The Lodge offers a comfortable, private atmosphere where appointments are personally hosted by Miguel. Facilities include: * Two dedicated massage studios, one with a traditional massage table and another with a larger massage bed * A three-person infrared sauna * Private showers and bathing facilities * Comfortable living areas with large-screen televisions * A kitchen and dining facilities * Overnight stay for up to six guests * Space for private groups of up to eight people * Driveway and street parking Cleanliness and privacy are central to the experience. Fresh sheets are provided for every massage, and guests receive clean towels and facecloths. Massage spaces and equipment are cleaned between appointments. Clients ordinarily have the property to themselves during their appointment, with Miguel as their sole host unless additional guests or masseurs have been arranged. Massage Without Labels | Full-Body Relaxation Massage Massage Without Labels is TWC’s signature service, offering full-body relaxation massage in Ottawa with an independent male masseur. Miguel uses heated oil, medium-firm pressure, and long, slow, rhythmic movements. His approach emphasizes sensory relaxation, comfort, and individual preferences rather than clinical treatment or deep-tissue techniques. Sessions range from 30 to 75 minutes, with 45 minutes recommended for most clients. TWC’s massage is deliberately sensual, emphasizing physical sensation and close contact, but is not an erotic or sexual service. TWC Company Inc. does not advertise, offer, or provide paid sexual services. Miguel is not a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). His services are intended for relaxation, not medical treatment or rehabilitation, and are not eligible for RMT insurance reimbursement. Massage appointments at The Lodge include complimentary access to the infrared sauna and showers. Sauna use is optional and counts toward the booked appointment time or purchased extended time. Four-Hand, Couples, Group & Mobile Massage Beyond individual massage, TWC offers several arrangements. Four-Hand Massage: Two masseurs work together during the same session. Miguel can recommend and coordinate an additional male masseur, who must be independently hired and paid by the client. Typical combined rates are $295 for 60 minutes, $395 for 90 minutes, and $495 for 120 minutes. Couples Massage: By default, Miguel provides two individual massages consecutively. While one person receives their massage, the other can enjoy The Lodge’s amenities. Simultaneous couples massage can also be arranged with a second independently contracted masseur. Group Massage: The Lodge can accommodate private massage arrangements with up to four massage tables and four masseurs working simultaneously, subject to advance coordination and practitioner availability. Mobile Massage: Miguel provides relaxation massage at homes, hotels, and suitable private accommodations. Travel within Ottawa’s Greenbelt and Hull is included in standard mobile rates, with additional charges possible for more distant locations. Grooming TWC offers personal grooming services, including head, neck, and full-body trimming, shaving, and waxing. Unlike conventional grooming menus that charge separately for individual body areas, TWC uses time-based appointments. Clients pay for the time, not the area. Each appointment is tailored to the client’s preferences, allowing different grooming services to be combined within the reserved time. Company Company Without Labels is TWC’s personal companionship service. Appointments can take place at The Lodge, at a client’s location, or during outings. Activities may include conversation, dining, cultural events, entertainment, or simply spending time together. There is no fixed itinerary. Activities are arranged by mutual agreement, with clients responsible for additional expenses such as meals, transportation, and event tickets. Company can be booked independently of massage. Stay TWC also provides an overnight hospitality experience offered exclusively at The Lodge in Ottawa, with Miguel personally present as host throughout the booking. The standard experience is 10-15 hours and includes accommodation, access to The Lodge’s facilities, Miguel’s company, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, and breakfast. Additional meals are not included, although guests may arrange to cook together. Massage and grooming can be added separately. The Lodge accommodates up to six overnight guests, with shorter or longer hosting arrangements available by request. Overnight bookings require direct coordination because they extend beyond regular business hours. Massage Appointments Across Canada Although The Lodge is TWC’s permanent home in Ottawa, the business originally developed through travel-based massage appointments in hotels and rented accommodations across Canada. Miguel continues to visit major Canadian cities, including Toronto, Montréal, and Vancouver, with travel dates announced through the website. He travels with another masseur, allowing four-hand massage appointments to be arranged outside Ottawa as well. An Independent, Incorporated Business TWC Company Inc. is an Ontario corporation offering transparent, HST-inclusive pricing, secure payment methods, ordinary business receipts, and online reservations with live availability. Unlike businesses with rotating practitioners, TWC is personally operated by Miguel. Clients know who will welcome them, provide their massage, and manage their appointment. TWC emphasizes direct communication, mutual consent, individual preferences, privacy, and a comfortable environment. Clients are encouraged to communicate specific requests in advance, preferably through Whatsapp at 343-204-9250. Services are available in English and French. Booking & Contact Standard appointments can be reserved directly through TWC’s website, with current pricing, service descriptions, and real-time availability. Advance booking of at least 24 hours is recommended. WhatsApp is Miguel’s preferred contact method, followed by text messaging. Phone calls are not typically answered during appointments.
