Damaged Product and No Customer Service Response
Update to my previous review: Damaged Product and No Customer Service Response
I originally contacted customer service after receiving a damaged product and left my first review because I had sent multiple emails without receiving any response.
The company eventually replied to my review stating that the damage was only cosmetic and that their policy does not cover my case. However, I followed up by email to clarify that the product is not simply cracked — it is broken and leaking (as clearly shown in the photos I provided, with product visibly coming out of the container).
Despite sending these additional explanations and evidence, I still have not received any response to my follow-up email.
At this point, the issue remains unresolved. I understand their policy, but the product was clearly compromised upon arrival.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, especially due to the lack of communication and follow-up.
I do not recommend this company.

We want to clarify this matter as accurately as possible.
You requested a full refund or replacement for a 500mL product; however, for a cosmetic crack to the bottle with no confirmed product loss, this is not a reasonable resolution under our policy. While we could have denied the claim entirely, we instead issued a gift card as a gesture of goodwill.
This case was reviewed and resolved accordingly. Not receiving the exact outcome requested does not automatically justify a 1-star review.
We apply our policies consistently to ensure fairness for all customers.

Despite stating this was “resolved,” my emails have gone unanswered and the actual issues have not been addressed. Simply repeating that something aligns with policy does not make it resolved.
Posting a public response while ignoring direct communication is exactly the problem.

Good Product, Unfortunately, Poor Customer Service
The products I bought are amazing, and the price was WAY lower than other stores. The two stars was due to the fact that customer service was a bit of a nightmare. After 2 weeks, two chat messages and one email asking them what was going on with my order with no replies, I finally got a form email saying the product was just getting ready for delivery literally minutes after my last email. Kind of like it nudged them into action. But no personal response apologizing for the delay. I would have appreciated someone getting back to my texts and emails, rather than crickets, and a form email 2 weeks after the fact. It's a little thing, but having someone on their staff reach out (even minimally) to let the customer know what's going on with an order can go a long way. Had I not continuously reached out, who knows if I'd have received the order. And for what it's worth, I was always kind and respectful in my messages to them. But it was a very stressful two weeks, especially since I read similar accounts here on Trust Pilot after I made the order.

I’m happy to have found this company. The product I ordered is difficult to find, so I was ecstatic when I saw they sold it. While I was initially upset that my order wasn’t delivered the same day as promised, I did receive a prompt reply to my email inquiry. It turns out that there were setbacks due to the aftermath of a severe Toronto snowstorm a few days earlier. My product did arrive a day late (which was no big deal as their customer service was courteous and respectful in addressing the issue). I will happily order from this company again and will confidently recommend them.

SCAM! They do not offer same-day delivery, it is a lie. I have now waited 3 days for my products, sent several emails, phone calls, live chats, all to no avail. Products still not received and no one on their team has reached out to me. Their horrible customer service experience has forced me to make a trustpilot account just to leave a bad review.
Save your time and shop literally anywhere else.

We’re sorry to hear you were frustrated with the delivery timing. However, same-day delivery is available only when the “Local Delivery” option is selected at checkout. This option guarantees same-day service within our delivery area and within the daily cutoff time.
If a different shipping method is selected, the order is processed through standard shipping timelines instead.
After receiving your concerns, we cancelled the order and issued a refund rather than keep you waiting any longer. If there was any confusion about the delivery options during checkout, we sincerely apologize for that misunderstanding.
