Website is easy to use with a nice range of products. I would have liked a little more information on some of the products, for example a clear statement on what flavour the chocolate bars were. Checkout process was smooth. The expected delivery date was not very clear and the parcel was actually delivered three days before the date provided by the courier.

I have reviewed every product description and enhanced the descriptions where they may have been lacking. Whilst we pride ourselves on quick delivery we also appreciate that more information would be useful. So we have now added an approximate delivery time to our checkout and spoke to our courier about the importance of keeping their tracker accurate.
