Cannot give enough praise for the staff
I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to on this occasion. Unfortunately my cat Bobo was involved in a fatal rta last Sunday. I wasn’t home at the time and the lady involved and a passer by stopped which I’m forever grateful for. As it was Sunday they took Bobo to the Vet in Southampton as they were the nearest open one.
I had recently changed my phone number and not updated it on the pet log database, so when she was scanned only my address was available.
Callie and the team went above and beyond to get in contact with me so I knew what happened to my little one. We weren’t able to see her due to the injuries she had suffered but we were given paw prints and treated with such compassion and kindness it made a horrific experience more bearable knowing Bobo was safe and able to be returned home to us and her sister.
I cannot even put into words how much this meant to our family and in my 30 years of owning pets and losing one in the worst way having people care the way they did lessened the blow of what happened.
Thank you so very much for the way you handled this, we will never forget your kindness x

Absolutely terrible company all they care about is profit they murder healthy dog's for money no vet should be killing healthy dogs just for being of a certain breed stay away avoid

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU CAN. On my first visit I had to wait 50 mins pass my booking time then the vet complained my kitten is cold. The next visit was booked 9.45 but when I complained well after 10.00 they said my booking was 10.00. No tests performed on the first visit even I told them the problems are present for 2 weeks- their only interest is to book you more visits to charge you more but they don’t care about your animal, they don’t want it to get well quickly as this less money for them!

Took my 14 year old cat as she woke up with blood around her mouth and nose. It was a Sunday and she was seen at 1pm. This vets is excellent. The reception are efficient, polite and friendly. Emma the vet did a fabulous job sorting out a problem with Millie's teeth quickly. Today Millie is full of beans and much happier. This vet also does not charge ridiculous amounts to come at the weekend if it is during the weekend opening hours. Some vets charge £150/£200 just to get through the door during out of hours. I am very happy with this practice and would recommend it.

I cannot thank the vet enough for giving me time and patience with my pet dog florence. I hadn’t relised how poorly she was and the vet gave me as much time as I needed with her. A very painful experience but helped by the vet. Thankyou.

BRILLIANT STAFF (GERRI)
I had my fur baby spayed and the vet Liverpool Lorenzo Dr all the staff fell in love with my dog (storm ) and gerri who was on reception went far beyond her duties trying to get me a taxi home phoning loads of firms even help storm whilst I ran on main rd to flag a black cab down we was waiting over 2 hrs to get home if it wasn't for staff at Liverpool branch mw and storm would of been stranded thanks guys ❤️💖❤️💖
The Vet Warrington have been treating…
The Vet Warrington have been treating my 13yr old go for over a year. Total spent £2100.00. He took a bad turn last week and I knew it was time to let him go. I contacted the Warrington branch at 18.15pm, (they close at 19.00pm) to say he's collapsed and he needs to be put to sleep. I was already distraught and then to be told they had no apps left that day and they could fit him in the next day!!!!! I said he has collapsed and he cannot get up. They said they had no emergency appts left. I honestly dont know what treatment can be more important emergency appt that one to end their suffering. Also, I've been eating 2 weeks for them to get pre-authorisation from my insurance for blood tests to see why his health deteriorated so quick. I'll never know if blood tests carries out 2 weeks earler, could have prevented the sudden collapse. Never use these again.
Great clinic and very friendly stuff!
Thank you for a giving great treatment to my kitten! He is now doing really well. The nurses and the vet in Waltham Forest were wonderful, very compassionate and gentle. I was able to book a visit at short notice. The clinic offered sprayed blankets to cover the transport box, which helped my distressed kitten to relax.
Great vets
Great vets, the receptionists and vets come across so caring, offering blankets with herbal spray to keep your pet calm. I got an appointment for the very next day and my pet was treated and already a lot better

Payed for our family dog to be put down…
Payed for our family dog to be put down paid for wooden casket on day of picking up the ashes they gave me my dog in a ash spreader which I didn't pay for they then turned round and said they will sort it and change the ashes over to a wooden casket what iv already paid for when confronted about this they said they compensated me the wooden casket but which iv already paid for so they ain't compensated me anything been trying to contact area manager not having the best of luck bit how can you mix up a wooden casket for a ash spreader and they see no wrong doing in this iv taken all 3 of my dogs of there system and will not be back there at all what a discraceful vets all they care about is the money
Wonderful and caring staff
The whole team at Harbour southsea were wonderful once again at our most recent visit for Bambi's operation.
The nurse is so welcoming, kind and takes her time to answer all my worried mum questions and always puts me at ease.
They all took such good care of Bambi and for that I would highly recommend.
A big special thank you to Lindsay, for all your care and advice, Because of you Bambi is recovering so well ❤️🩹 and for that I’ll be forever grateful
Not very professional
Not very professional, quite rude and they lie, 2 members of staff told me the same thing and went back on it 2 weeks later and charged me double mite be less than £50 for both visits but not the point, they are not very professional at all, and 2 fone calls demanding money and a email asking for the money when i asked for an investigation, do not use this vet
They can’t even sign a prescription
My dog gets a prescription from the vets which i take to the pharmacy to fill as it’s cheaper than buying from the vet direct. It’s a simple process, the vet draws it up, prints it out and signs it, and I pick it up and pay for it. First time I took the prescription to a pharmacy, the signature wasn’t legal as it was printed and not in ink. So I had to go back and sort it out. The next time I got a prescription, the vet didn’t even sign it at all! I then had to ring them up and ask them to email it to the pharmacy with a signature so my dog didn’t go without medication, and now need to reconcile this with the pharmacy with a prescription that is actually signed, and they’ve told me I need to buy a new one because they’ve binned it! It’s got a years worth of medication left on it and they want to see the dog before they give me a new script; and leaving the pharmacy with an illegal prescription! It’s not hard to sign a prescription is it?!!
So kind and caring
Tonight I had to make the very sad decision to say goodby to my beloved cat Willow, the lovely lady vet and the equally lovely receptionist showed us so much kindness and compassion. Although it was closing time they happily waited for my son to arrive to say. his fair well to Willow. Thankyou both so much xxx Rip willow, you were very loved

Absolutely no customer care whatsoever…
Absolutely no customer care whatsoever - dog went through 4+ weeks of treatment due to poor examinations (twice) when 2 weeks would have been enough. No sympathy or any offer to reduce fees even though some fees where only there because they missed obvious problems - beware these people they only want you money.. Responded twice to the vets reply to my review, and guess what - no response at all - so only goes to show "no customer care" ..

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. My dog was in the clinic for 9 hours and despite attempted phone calls with no answer or no reply to emails, finally got my pet back 10 hours later with no explanation or apology....yes and a £650 bill. NOT ACCEPTABLE disgusting service.

I have been using this vets since moving to Market Weighton in 1996.
On Saturday 2nd September my daughter rang in tears saying one of her pets was ill so I immediately picked them up to take to the vets a 24 hr emergency hospital for animals.
To find no reception and we should have made an appointment
Never in the years I've been here have I booked an emergency appointment I've just walked in and been seen.
So it's not a 24hr emergency hospital for sick animals
We waited for over an hour outside.
Hull Royal hospital doesn't expect me to pre book an emergency appointment.
The vet we saw was very pleasant.
Then came the bill to say I was shocked was an understatement
Charged for out of hours if it's advertised as a 24hr emergency service there is NO out of hours

Negligent and over charged
Edit after response from the vet: no conclusion was reached other than the admit of fault and refund of £44. No explanation as to why they vet felt she was in the right to overcharge. - The Nottingham well what can I say. I am absolutely devastatingly appalled by the treatment we have received today. I have always sung their praise in past years. Since being taken over the service is just not the same. It makes me sad as I loved the practice and staff before. I took in our cat billy today. He began choking this morning. This has happened before, he had something lodged in his throat. I knew this was the case again as his behaviour was exactly the same, trying to bring it up. The consultation this morning resulted in him being sent away with a anti sickness injection. He was still trying to cough up whatever was stuck but you seemed to think this wasn’t the case? You were negligent in not reading previous notes and listening to our concerns. On the way home we were really concerned so rang back, you asked us to bring him down again. You said you could do the sedation and look into his throat but it was up to us as you didn’t think that you would find anything. Not at any point this you recommend this be your course of action. It was only done at our insistence. I get a call from a nurse advising me that YOU REMOVED A 5cm blade of grass stuck in his throat and up into his nose. You would have left him to suffer in pain through the rest of the day/ night and morning. You have even had the nerve to charge us for being seen twice???? This should have been 1 consultation. How vulgar of you. We challenged this in practice but you would not back down. I am reaching out to the RCVS to raise my concerns as yes you have been negligent but not only this, you have taken advantage of my care as a owner and over charged me in consultation fees.
