Outstanding Customer Service That Goes Above and Beyond!
I cannot recommend The Vet Superstore highly enough. This is an amazing company that genuinely puts customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do.
Unfortunately, I experienced a problem with my order due to the courier, DPD, but from the moment I contacted customer services, Nicola could not have been more helpful. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and understanding, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I felt valued as a customer throughout.
If you’re reading reviews because you want reassurance before spending your hard-earned money, you can shop with complete confidence. The Vet Superstore is a company that truly cares about its customers, and exceptional service like Nicola’s is becoming all too rare. My order was delayed because dpd had lost it and I spoke with Nicola from the vet superstore who went above and beyond to get a replacement out very quickly I would highly recommend them very helpful, understanding and very professional and polite thankyou so much 😊

A brilliant company
A brilliant company to deal with they really go above and beyond all the others. Nicola is so friendly and helpful and seems genuinely interested in my dogs - its like dealing with an old friend! Get all my dogs meds etc from vet Superstore now, I honestly don't know how I managed before I found them. They thoroughly deserve 5 stars
