So far not great. I placed my order a week ago and received an email confirming my order immediately, but since - nothing! I paid for express delivery and haven't even had an email to say my order has been dispatched yet. Email sent but no reply.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing. It's disappointing also for us when expectations for express delivery aren't met in the couriers network.
I understand your frustration, and I appreciate your understanding that certain factors might be beyond your control. It's always best for customers to give us the reasonable time and opportunity to resolve any issues before leaving negative reviews. I see that we've responded to the initial email within 14 hours, please keep in mind that your office is closed overnight.
I'm glad to hear that a refund for the postage has been processed, and I hope that the ongoing investigation leads to a swift resolution.
If there's anything else you require assistance with, please let us know.

Philips Zoom Tooth Whitening Gels…
Philips Zoom Tooth Whitening Gels received from this company are incredibly effective, delivering impressive results that rival the professional treatment I previously received at my local dentist's office and other less effective option from other companies on the web.
Since using I have received numerous compliments from my dentist, hygienist, friends, and family on the noticeable improvement in the whiteness of my teeth. The results have been truly amazing, and I couldn't be happier with how my smile has been transformed. I purchased the product at 4 pm on a Saturday, and to my surprise, it was delivered promptly the following Sunday morning. The speed and efficiency of their delivery service exceeded my expectations and made the whole experience even more satisfying.
