My parcel says on tracking that there is an issue with the delivery address, it's not complete. I've used the same address for the last few orders also, which leads me to believe there was an error on there side, parcel force says they can't amend it and contact my sender . I'm now trying to contact the company via many emails, no telephone number active and I've heard no response. In a situation like this it's very frustrating not being able to communicate with them , I'm in limbo about the parcel. can somebody contact me please

Voici, le résultat, de ma commande #3640994834 DU 3/04/2025 et reçu le 12/04/2025, La premiere photo est ce que elle vendait Couleur Rose VIF,les deux autres photos sont ce que j'ai reçu Rose pale,L'emballage nul les 2 branches de fleurs sont dégarnie et sont cassée, c'est moche!elle persiste a me dire que c'est du rose vif, faut qu'elle se lave les yeux, elle me prends pour une imbécile, je demande le remboursement, P.vdm

I recently ordered a sample from this shop. Shipment was quick, possible to track and the quality of flowers was impressive. However, for weeks I have tried to contact them via e-mail and phone call but they never respond. I am planning to start a business, and simply wished to ask further questions regarding certifications. I want to be sure that documents such as lab analysis are in fact shipped with the items since they were not included in the sample box I ordered. Unless customs kept those… It’s a shame a must say, since based on the quality of the flowers themselves, we would’ve been ready to order in bulk. However, they reluctance to answer e-mails and phone calls really turned me off from the idea. Le Grossiste CBD, if you are reading this, please answer your clients. Unless you don’t really care about making money. But if so, hit me up!
