I had contacted Vicky Gray about making a will over a year ago but had not been able to follow it up at the time. It was good to see that she recalled this when I met her during my initial consultation when I used the Will Guys via Gateshead Council's employee offer.
Throughout the discussions she made everything clear and explained legal terms in plain language. All communication was friendly, quick and efficient, which made the entire process easy and straightforward.

I’ve been wanting to do my Will for years now, but the cost, the difficulty of knowing what to put in my Will and the understanding of it all was overwhelming due to having Dyslexia and ADHD. Hollie took the time to explain and go through everything as much as I need, She was so helpful and relatable. We needed to change our wills and with the impending purchase of our first home together we required advice protecting our individual portions of our property for our daughter. Damen was fantastic. Explained everything in easy to follow terms. We had many questions that he took the time to answer and nothing was too much trouble. We had regular clear updates via email and WhatsApp.

I cannot recommend Gill Hogg highly enough. She recently done an LPA for my mum and was incredibly friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, which immediately put my mum at ease. What could have been a daunting and emotional process was made genuinely simple and stress-free.

She kindly visited us at home, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure my mum fully understood each step in a straightforward, reassuring way. Nothing ever felt rushed. She explained exactly what to expect next, which gave us real peace of mind.

At the same time, she also revised my mum’s will, which hadn’t been updated for a few years. Having this done alongside the lasting power of attorney was incredibly helpful and made the whole process even smoother.

Just wanted to give a recommendation for anyone wanting to organise their will or lasting power of attorney. My husband and I have just used The Will Guys which is through NCC and heavily discounted with myself being a NCC staff member. Gill Hogg has been amazing. Her advice and knowledge about trusts and her colleague about business trusts have been fab! We have been put off for years really as we thought my husband’s businesses would be a nightmare to sort, couldn’t have been more wrong!
