Terrible experience! I ordered from this company thinking it was an family-owned American company so I was surprised when the order arrived from China. The quality of the clothes was terrible! The dress was made 100% from mesh and was completely see-through. The shirt from the other outfit was poorly sewn causing one side to be significantly shorter than the other, revealing a large part of my stomach even with my arms down. Neither item looked anything like what was advertised. When I requested to return the items, I was offered a 10% refund and I could keep the clothes. I refused this offer and was offered a 20% refund. This continued until, on the very last day I could return the items, I was offered a 30% refund. As I wasn't able to make it to the post office before the end of the day, I decided to accept this offer and put this awful experience behind me! Caveat Emptor -- buyer beware!

Absolutely misleading. I ordered a pretty green dress with buttons as described in the photo. What I received was an awful brown polyester frock with no buttons, just fake painted on circles for buttons. Cheap, very poor quality and just an inferior piece of junk. I have sent numerous emails to the company and have not received a response. This a company in China not in the USA. If I knew it was from China, I never would have ordered it. I know better, but even their website is deceiving, fake and just junk.

Ordered a dress size small that was too large. Emailed FOUR times asking how to return for exchange to X-small and never received a response. Unable to locate a phone number to contact them. Now STUCK with a dress that doesn't fit and now will cost to alternate.

HORRIBLE deceptive business. DO NOT ORDER from this online company. They are NOT a US family owned company but a fraud company shipping out of China. The products are cheaply made. They profess easy returns but you have to pay to ship back to China at your own expense. This site needs to be shut down.

The dress advertised is absolutely nothing like the dress I received, I feel completely deceived. And the return process is terrible- would cost more than the value of the dress to return it; the offer of an exchange or credit is not of interest given the quality of the garment I received. I would not want anything else from this store/brand.

This company is a scam. I bought a dress, when it arrived it was nothing like the description. The entire dress was made of mesh and completely see through. When I tried to return it there was no address, email or phone to contact anyone..

Poor quality. Long delivery time. I donated dress to charity and never wore. Very disappointed.

The picture of the item I received is nothing like what I received. I will never buy from this company again and I will leave terrible reviews. Customer service is a disgrace

The product was satisfactory, but they delivered it to the wrong mailroom causing me to have to hunt for it.

Very deceiving, when they said they were from Palm Beach and it ships from China. Do not buy from this company. I wanted to return it and they wanted to charge me $45 to return it when the dress only cost $70.00 very, very disappointed.

Looked like leather shoes. Have no idea what the material is. Seems cheaply made. Has a strong order when taken from box, I store them in. Was a little disappointed. They are comfortable. Just hope they hold up to a long wear. ❤️ the style of the shoes and the color!!

It took 3 weeks for my order to be delivered. Quality of the items I ordered was terrible. Getting information on how to return my purchase took several emails and over a week. This company is a scam.

Do not buy anything from them. The Items that are delivered are not what are pictured or described. It is impossible to return or exchange unless you want to pay for the shipping to china.

The dress was way to big even following the size chart. The color was not remotely as pretty. It costs as much as the dress to return it. And just now, when email requested rating - it would only open to the review page if you clicked 5 or 4 stars to leave a review. Purposely avoiding bad rating. Very disappointed and now a dress to give away which I can't even find anyone that would want it.

Beautiful dress and nicely made.
It was too small upon receipt and they sent me out a new one right away. New one fits perfectly and I can't wait to wear it!

Completely different fabric from the pictured one, they don't accept return, i will never patronize them again. They're scam

It’s a scam! They ship very low quality items that are not as described then will not give a refund for it! Made a big mistake not researching this over seas company that lies and says its family owned in palm beach. Lesson learned. Don’t order from them!
