Our experience was great . John was an absolute lovely engineer to deal with and a true expert at his craft. Even though we ran into difficulties while breaking out some windows ,John and his two colleagues Carl and Jay worked extremely hard to successfully perform the breakout and fit the mechanisms required . Furthermore , John was extremely freindly and trustworthy and he did a class A Job .

Fantastic Company - went online Wednesday to book a no obligation survey for a window hinge repair. Booked for the Friday. Eddie turned up on time looked at the job quoted a very reasonable price and was able to complete the job there and then. Clean working throughout, explained how the new hinge worked and offered maintenance advice. Can’t fault them and will definitely use again 💯

Easy to contact. Fantastic communication all the way through to the day of the work. The engineer (James) was on time, really easy to talk to, even put on shoe covers to protect any carpets.

He took one look at the job and recognised what was needed. He gave me the price immediately and told me he'd be five minutes. Which he was!

He also did a great job of telling me what other window services Window Doctor provide. I'll definitely use them again if needed.
