We had a problem our window wouldn't lock,we booked the window doctor on line, they came & gave us a quote, the office then called to arrange a time,we arranged a day,they kept us updated by text,our engineer Jay arrived on time,a pleasant young man,he was efficient & got on with the job.after he explained what he had done.would definitely reccomend, very good service.

Great service. Professional, quick and efficient. Jay replaced the mechanisms on 2 windows and arranged a glass replacement for a third. Very happy with the end result.

From start to finish the Window Doctor team were great. Quick to come out and quote, clean and tidy workspace and arrived and completed within agreed timescales. Would recommend and use again. Other companies said I needed a whole new door and tried to fob me off but Window Doctor team were honest and reliable.

I had rang up after seeing the reviews about 2 of my windows . One would not open and ones handle had broken . They arranged a visit and I got a message on my phone of when they would come n times . I was kept informed , even on the day . Carl came and was friendly and professional. He looked at the job and also secured one of my window until they had the parts and gave me the quote. I was lucky that they could do the job next day . Carl and Edd came to do the job and also explained what had got damaged with windows for them to not work . Carl also explained about the payments to wait for the email . Could not fault them . Definitely have them do the again .

Can’t recommend this company enough. Carl & James came to change hinges on my front door (not standard hinges either) & did a perfect job & also solved a very cold draughty bathroom window problem. All done promptly & professionally. Highly recommend, 5 stars all round.

Excellent service, from the survey to the installation. Eddie’s attention to detail was great; he explained everything that was going on and his work was exemplary. He was a clean and tidy worker and hoovered up, replacing all of the furniture. Highly recommended.

From start to finish l was impressed with the service provided. From calling up to get an estimate you got a feeling of personal service, that your business mattered even though it was a single pane replacement. The office lady was really friendly and helpful throughout and an appt was quick. We had a lovely man called Eddie come out to measure and estimate and he also came back and fitted the window. He was extremely helpful, polite, professional and experienced. The price was as expected, the estimated time it would take was acceptable and communication by txt as to when he would be arriving was very convenient. Eddie was a lovely man and when we replace our door panel in the future l will definitely be asking for him if possible. I had a really positive experience with this company.
