We booked 4 days before the boattrip with the glass bottom boat. They send an app text half a day before that the glass boat is not available until 21 September. They wanted to book us on a different boat without the glass bottom and they wanted an answer right away before the other boat was full... No compensation because the other boat was the same duration and the same price, but NOT what we wanted, otherwise we had booked THAT boat trip! But the main reason for this bad review is the short notice before the trip. They should have send us the message the same day we booked and not waited a half day before the trip....

Advertised services are offered and managed via a proxy in the UK (even though his English does not seem fluent). Therefore, there is often wrong information.
Does not stick to binding legal purchasing contracts even after you pay for a service.

The trip it's self was nice to see the views and our driver was fantastic, however it is completely falsely advertised! It's advertised at 6 hour excursion, with water and fruit supplied, the chance to stop and have breakfast on a bar (so we skipped breakfast at the hotel) and camel riding at an additional cost of €10. They also say you stop for lunch on the website.

I can assure you none of this happens. We left at 9am and were back in our hotel by 13.15.

When I asked why it wasn't 6 hours and where was the option of the camel ride I was told that others didn't like the lunch so they stopped it and that the camel park had been closed for a year....... Maybe it's time to update the information on your website as I feel a bit done over. It cost €130 for the 2 of us and we never got half the trip we were expecting....

If I could give it zero stars I would. Totally rip off company. Quick enough to take my money for a catamaran dolphin cruise but no confirmation of pick up so no trip. There is no way to get hold of them as they completely ignore you. Avoid at all costs. I usually read reviews first but made the mistake of falling for their very professional looking website. Big mistake.

We booked a jet ski tour for 4:15 PM, but at 2:00 PM we got a call saying we would be picked up at 2:15 PM and that the tour would suddenly start at 3:00 PM, even though we were still relaxing on the beach.

Also, you are not allowed to bring your phone with you, which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. They promise there will be several photo opportunities, but the guide only took a few quick pictures at one spot. Then they charge you €20 for these photos, which are terrible quality.

The ad says you will ride along different coasts and explore caves, but that did not happen at all. We were only out at sea and saw nothing but water — no coasts, no caves as advertised.

You pay for an hour on the jet ski, but we only got 40 minutes, and the guide was grumpy and clearly not interested in making it fun.

What they describe on the website does not match reality at all. We contacted the seller about this, but they just passed the blame to another company without helping us.

Terrible service and a total scam! Avoid this company and book with a different provider — save yourself the disappointment!

Appalling service. Booked and paid for the boat trip for 2 people. I was told that I’d receive confirmation of pickup the day before via WhatsApp/SMS.
I did not receive any notification and nobody arrived for pickup. I tried to contact them via phone, WhatsApp and email and got no response whatsoever.

I booked to go on the dolphin boat trip and received an email that stated i would get a text or whatsapp from the company informing me what time and where we should be collected from to get to the trip, however we never received any messages and therefore obviously could not go on the boat trip. very disappointing would not recommend. we reached out the the company multiple times on the number they provided and could not get any response.

We had the best day!! The pick up process was really smooth, and then we got onto the boat and decided to pay for the beds, which was 100% worth it. They were so comfy and relaxing. We got to see a pod of dolphins which made my day, and the staff on board were excellent. The bar service was great, and lunch was perfect for us. Our favourite part was getting to swim in the sea at the end. We loved this trip so much that we have booked it again for tomorrow!!

Buggy Ride
Booked online piror to coming. Error was made in pick up time been wrong. Unfortunately we was not picked up however later in the day, recieved a call from Chris who kindly rebooked our trip with a little compensation given.
I must say the buggy ride was the best we have been on. It was very well organised from been picked up to been taken back to our hotel. The whole trip felt safe, whereas pervious ones I can honestly say I have not. The man in charge was very pleasant, ensuring at all times everyone was safe.
Thanks to excellent customer service by Chris I would definitely book with this company again.
Excellent Buggy Ride. This was all off road. No steep edges to it( as on pervious buggy rides) Felt safe throughout. Would definitely recommend this activity.

Really well coördinated. Captain was kind, wonderful yacht, he gave us the time to swim and gave us great eat suggestions in Mogán.

Booked a Catamaran & Banana Boat trip through this company in March 2025. From the pick up, to the boat trip and drop off, everything went smoothly. You receive a WhatsApp message with the pick up location at around 7pm the evening before pick up, it would have been nicer to know a bit earlier, but all in all a great trip at a reasonable price.

enttäuscht worden, als wir am Hafen ankamen. Bereitgestellt war nicht das Boot, das wir gebucht haben. Es war sehr viel kleiner und hatte keinen Jacuzzi an Bord. Daraufhin haben wir die Tour storniert, weil es kein Entgegenkommen des Personals vor Ort gab. Niemand fühlte sich verantwortlich. Den Rücktransport mussten wir auf eigene Kosten organisieren. Die Konaktaufnahme zum Veranstalter war lediglich über WhatsApp möglich, mit dem Ergebnis, das dieser die Verantwortung von sich an einen Drittanbieter verwies. Auf mehrfache Bitte die Anzahlung rückzuerstatten kam keine Antwort mehr. REINE ABZOCKE!!!

Do book anything with this company. They are a very dishonest company that advertises 1 thing and gives you another. You will not get what you have paid for and when you ask why they very rude and disrespectful.

Had a fantastic day on the yacht to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. The captain was very professional and happy to take pictures of us all. We got to see a pool of dolphins and experience the banana boat , which was a lot of fun. Highly recommend this. Thank you K

I went on the two-hour SuperCat dolphin experience today and honestly had an awful time. I wouldn’t have minded the fact that we did not see any dolphins, or that the sea was so choppy I was feeling sick for half of it, if there had been some attempt to explain what was going on or educate and provide some information about the sea life we weren’t seeing. Instead we seemingly tried to attract dolphins by playing loud disco and europop. The barman was rude and it was not explained that the ‘free’ drink token I was given could only be non-alcoholic and there was one euro charge for the cup. Probably worst of all, following a quick and easy pick up from Maspalomas in the morning, the return journey took well over an hour due to the coach having to go in the wrong direction first to Playa del Morgan. A two-hour experience that has somehow taken six hours out of my day.
