Matty (the owner) is a super lovely person and genuinely cares about the customers and the community. My specific order required some extra time to prepare (de-lubed switches), but I was very happy with the shipping time and service. Even got a hand-written note thanking me for waiting.

The owner is extremely friendly and handles orders quickly. I ordered two things in the same day (the second purchase wasn't planned when I made the first one) and he gave me a refund of the postage cost on the second order without me having to mention it.
