Love the quality of the watch. Will definitely buy another one in the future.

Bought a watch for my boyfriend and it is such good quality, I was hesitant on buying one as everyone wants big brand names these days but this watch looks like one of the expensive ones these days I’ll be buying more that’s for sure, for my uncles and guy friends! Easy and reasonable priced gift! .. very happy thank you!!

I urge everyone to don't buy their watches, I ordered 13 days ago, I haven't received it yet, neither they are sorting this nor issuing me my refund. Instead of this better to try from Amazon.

Very ovderdue review on my part as I've been purchasing from this company for over a year now. Their watches are fantastic and at insanely low prices, I've now currently got 4 of them in my watch box and am looking to buy one more from the new Berlin collection. Really good quality for what you pay for and looks amazing with so many outfits as well.

Aside from this, I did have some shipping issue with one of my orders but the custoemr service team was so swift in helping me resolve my issue I alsmost felt glad I had raised it! They sent me a free watch in addition to what I originally ordered.

On another more recent occasion, one of my watch batteries ran out (Kingman Watch) and I emailed the customer service team. Without hesitation they got back to me helping me find a solution and gave me the option to choose between them covering the repair costs or a replacement watch entirely.

Overall I do intend to purchase more from here in the future, thanks again to Thomas and George. Definitely deserves more recognition

I ordered this watch for my nephew for Christmas after some heavy hinting. Its a great price point for a watch but I did wonder what the quality would be like as always when ordering online. The watch is great, really solid, good quality and looks just as advertised on the website. Delivery was fast and overall a very positive online experience.

Best watches out there hands down. I bought a watch in july for my holiday to qatar and let me tell you now the design of This watch is perfect fitted my wrist like a glove and the compliments just kept on coming. Without a doubt I have found my go to watch designers and I’m never looking back 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The watch came in undeniably more beautiful than it was on the website, immediately fell in love with it. Didn’t have an idea it was semi automatic at first but I reached out to one of the staff he/she explained how it worked and I haven’t had a problem with it ever since. Also took it to a store to get some of the links on the band removed to be able to fit my hands perfectly and everyone kept on complimenting how beautiful the watch was and the automatic system too. I’m sure they will be getting for themselves too because I told them where to get it from and that is just a few of the compliments I have received so far. I ordered it over the weekend and by monday the order was processed I had my watch with me first thing Wednesday morning.

Shocking customer service.

The first watch I ordered from them arrived over 3 weeks late. I had to chase them up weekly in order to receive it.

I stupidly ordered from them again October 31st... as of today it still hasn't arrived and they've ignored several emails.

The watch I did receive from them is great but you can't trust them.

Absolutely awful. Ordered from them and delivery was supposed to be 1-3 days, now heading into 2 weeks without any sign of it arriving and several emails sent to them with no response and trying to get money back.

I recently purchased "Berlin Silver Edition" from 'Thomas & George' as an anniversary gift for my Husband, and we are thoroughly impressed. The product itself is exactly as described, with excellent quality and attention to detail and gives a premium look. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service. The team was prompt, helpful, and genuinely attentive to my needs.A big Thanks to "Jamie Rice"for the great customer service..I had a few concerns, and they were answered quickly and thoroughly. Overall, a fantastic experience with both the product and the service. Highly recommend!

I ordered my Norway gold edition watch as a birthday present and I love it. It was delivered on the next day whiles I was expecting it maybe at a later day. Their customer service is on point. Am watuting to order for the silver one when it's in stock. It look very expensive and luxurious. I get complements anytime I wear it.

Had an issue with delivery so emailed customer service and got a quick response from Jamie who was able to arrange next day delivery for the same item at no extra cost to ensure that i had it for the weekend.

Failed to deliver my order.

I've called these people and emailed multiple times, and still I've had no formal response or order update.

Avoid.

Update: Watches arrived after 25 days, however, customer service remained poor. Communication is key, but credit where its due at least they arrived.

My London Blue watch by Thomas & George has been a wonderful purchase. I'm often asked about it when I'm out and about. It's great quality with a strong and durable strap. The speed of delivery and professional box it came in was a nice touch. I'm on here now looking to purchase my next watch. Superb.

Unfortunately I can't give it 0 stars.

I ordered tools from these guys - 18/10/23 - so I could repair a broken crown/stem on one of my autos.

A breakdown of what happened:
- The remainder of the week passes it hasn't been dispatched
- I email 23/10/23 (Monday), 'what's the status'
- 'it'll be with you tomorrow at the latest' (Tuesday)
- I give it a couple more days, still hasn't arrived
- I email 26/10/23 (Thursday), 'could I get tracking information for this'
- No reply
- I wait the Friday + weekend + Monday morning for a reply, no reply
- I email the following week 30/10/23 (Monday) asking for a refund, having been ignored and no proof of postage provided, no tracking, no further correspondence whatsoever
- Auto reply Out of Office until 31/10/23 (So they were in office when I emailed 26/10/23)
- No reply for the rest of the week or indeed this week so far 31/10/23, 01/11/23 and entire 02/11/23
- Today I email the following week 02/11/23 (Monday / Today) asking for an update on the status of my request for refund.

We'll have to see if I ever get a reply or if I'm forced to dispute this through my bank.

In this time a replacement watch stem has travelled across China, flown to the UK, across the UK, to me and these guys can't reply to an email, provide proof of postage, or acknowledge my request for a refund.

I always try to support independent retailers, often paying more for items that I could quite easily get quicker and cheaper on Amazon. In this case I've paid the price.

I wish them and their business well but I cannot recommend these guys. Unreliable, unresponsive and quite honestly in 2023 unacceptable.
