Great service and excellent value
Providing the information online was easy. The letter before action had the desired effect and resulted in recovery of the debt within only a few days. This followed weeks of emails from me to the debtor which failed to secure the outstanding, overdue payment. The fee paid to Thomas Higgins was very small and way better value than the debt collection agency that I have used before.

Service was fast and efficient. Got the result we wanted. Would be great to have a contact number for queries but cant fault the service. A couple of minor tweaks in terms of the actual portal would make it easier for users. Despite that its a 5 star service.

Old debt recovered
Thomas Higgins Ltd helped us to recover an old debt which we didn't hold much hope for. Their online system is very easy to use and they are upfront about costs. Very pleased with their service :)

Good value and service. The debt was paid promptly upon receipt of the LBA. I previously used another local solicitor to chase debt and ended up paying a lot of money for a poor (and at times rude) service. Very glad to have found Thomas Higgins upon the recommendation of my Accountant.
