Great customer service
Great customer service, excellent products. One of the pairs of shorts I ordered were not the size stated and they were refunded without question outside the standard refund period. Won’t hesitate to shop with them again.

Had many, many shorts adult and child & bikinis & would have been a 5* review but this time the rope on the children’s shorts seemed a cheaper Version and not quite the original quality. No metal on the ends Of the tie or a zip on the pocket really cheapens the overall look.

This is to ensure faulty goods are not sent out to our customers as we believe you deserve nothing but the best! Absolute shambles first advised my order that I paid next day special delivery would not be delivered as what I ordered wasn’t in stock in the afternoon of the paid delivery date.
Offer of selecting an alternative as a way of apology then to be told it would cost me an extra £10

Your new short choice were £65 (the previous £45) A member of our team offered a £15 reduction by way of our apologies. We are sorry that you deemed this as unacceptable.

Please note, all of our shorts are a slim fit, as per our Size Guide 34" is on the cusp. Medium is 32-34" and Large is 34-36" (https://thomasroyall.com/pages/size-guide)

Little dissapointed in Service.
First of all Had to chase up on where my order was, then when it was received, I was missing one pair of shorts. Got in contact with the company as this also happened on my two previous orders. Company apologised and said they would send the other pair next day delivery with complimentary gift! Shorts received but complimentary gift not!!
Can't fault the actual shorts but little disappointed with ordering
