I have already written a review but would like to post latest. After much texting I have been offered a 50% refund or full refund if I return goods by tracked post to an address in Canada. The cost of postage is more than the cheap tops are worth and I do not trust this unscrupulous set up. I have asked for 50% refund so let’s see if I get it. I’m not holding my breath

I'm embarrassed to admit that I fell for this scam and realise now that I should have checked them out before ordering. I ordered a cashmere jumper. What arrived didn't even pretend to be cashmere - the label quite clearly states 95% Polyester 5% Spandex. It's cheap rubbish. Having contacted customer service, they offered me 30% discount and to not have to return the sweater. I refused, I don't see why I should pay anything for an item I didn't order and I would never wear what they sent. They then offered 40% with non return. I again, I refused. They then offered 50% and keep the aweater or full refund but I have to return the sweater to Canada! I'm still arguing.

As stated in the other reviews, this is a scam being run by the unscrupulous person already named in a review. Cheap badly made goods, not cashmere and the one I received had marks on it. The sob story having to sell up is bogus. They also seem to sell under other similar names

Total scam even stated a shop but must return to Canada.Offered half of purchase refunded and keep coat.Just want my bank details.No way!!!

I too fell for this scam site. DO NOT order from them. Goods I believe are coming from China and NOT at all the same quality or style as depicted in their pictures. I will try to write reviews for this site wherever I can and doubt very much that I will get a refund nor any response.

Hoping to get my money back from my credit card company .

This is a scam which I am embarrassed to say I fell for. Having read other viewers and the article in the Daily Mail stay clear of this company. The jumper I ordered “cashmere”??? There’s no cashmere it’s just cheap rubbish. I want to return it for a full refund …. But not paperwork enclosed with article and despite numerous messages to the company no response whatsoever. I’ve raised the matter with Barclaycard who are investigating,

If I could give them a minus review I would. Feeling very stupid that I fell for the closing down store in Oxford as they are scammers from china, 100% polyester and no cashmere. Appalling products and avoid any purchases.

I almost bought from these guys they are also trading under these two other sites.

Both sites are the same as this one and have only been set up for a couple of weeks.

AVOID at all costs if it looks to be to be true it will be a scam!

Totally awful quality with no care labels. I wish I had looked at their returns policy to as it basically translates as "no chance".

Why didn’t I read the reviews before ordering. The 5 star reviews are clearly fake! The items we’ve received today are truly awful & only fit for the bin!
Too good to be true comes to mind!
Such a shame as my husband had ordered for my birthday! The items we’ve received is nothing like the item on website and the quality is so bad!

Cheap products not cashmere and to send back for a refund they give you an address in Canada.
However the products are shipped from Birmingham, the address of which is registered to a company called EVESION Trading registered at Companies House.
The one director is a Lin Yuan who lives in Sutton Coldfield in a very nice house.
i have been offered a discount of 20% then 30 then 40 then 50 by the anonymous customer services who can only be contacted by email.
I have spoken to the Consumer Helpline today who are forwarding to Trading Standards.
I urge others to do the same so that his company is closed down asap!

Actually no stars for this scam. I should have read the reviews. Terrible polyester jumper arrived with no address or info for returns or refund. Do not be fooled by the sales story. If anyone has any further details please let me know

Rather put no stars. Completely scammed! Cheap polyester from China, I got 4 jumpers and a waistcoat. No labels of sizing and nothing like what we ordered.

Do not order from this company wish I had read the reviews first. Feel quite sick As I have never had this happen before!!!!

Great tip if you did buy off them use a credit card you’ll be able to stop the payment going through so they won’t get their money! We have managed to do that thank god. Never ordering off them again.

This company is a sham. They have sent me dreadful quality clothes when advertising discounted cashmere. They will go straight into the Oxfam shop. Do not give them your business OR credit card details.

Am on the phone to my bank now. Same story. A pile of polyester crap has just arrived. A very long way from cashmere. I cannot believe this site has not been taken down! No return address but I did notice when I became suspicious just after ordering that the courier was Canadian.

Scam site. Items are falsesly listed as cashmere and are actually cheap polyester and terrible quality. No returns process, I've contacted them and they are refusing to give a refund. Would be a zero star rating if it was an option.

Yep, they got me too. I spent £225 which makes me feel sick. I didn’t check these reviews, gosh I wish I had. I am usually so sharp with these things but fell for the sob story on FB stating they were a small UK business closing after 30 years. Started to suspect when I looked at tracking information and the item was going through airport clearance…then even more suspicious when the item arrived over 2 weeks later in a rubbishly packed thin bag. The items are such bad quality, like everyone else has said below there is not even 1% cashmere in the sweaters, it’s all cheap rubbish. I have started the return process as per their website, let’s see how far we get. Has anyone even received a refund yet???
