Installation went great! The front door and screen door are working fine.

Abysmal communication. It’s clear that customer service has fallen off over there. Installation and the product was still great, but only after four rescheduled installation dates. Product was ordered in July and was installed in December. An inability for anyone on the project or customer service team to take lead and provide updates and a path to resolution. All that said, after countless attempts at trying to get someone to listen and respond, the customer care team owned up to their failures. Given how many issues we had I’m surprised that no one has reached out to check in on the installation. Disappointing experience aside from the window.

The installation went well, but here were 2 things that needed to be fixed. Workmen were sent to the hose on 2 separate occasions with the wrong parts. Issue still isn’t fixed and no further follow up from company

Everything was easy. From the initial conversation to the installation. I never had any questions and never had to worry. Now my house isn't drafty or rattling in the wind. I can sleep knowing that my windows are another worry gone.

Windows were coming August- September. Order was forgotten but I was told the would expedite it. Nothing yet and no communication whatsoever.

Had to spend hundreds of dollars to get new window treatments even though when they measured they said would only lose X amount inches and all shades should have fit based on their measurements but lost 1/2 more than they said. Windows don’t open and close very easily. Told company but they never called me back.

Make your windows correctly.

There are so many parts to this review. When this process began, it was perfect. Meeting with the young lady that came to the house and explained everything to my wife and I…. Easily 5 out of 5 stars. After the initial quote was done, the date was set. Here’s where it drops off….. My original install was set for 9/24/25, but the install didn’t happen until the end of 11/26/2025. Many cancellations and reschedules. It’s hard for me to keep taking time off of work, so this made my boss kinda upset. Then, they said they would adjust the prices to apologize for all of the crap, but that never happened. I’m still paying the amount I signed for. I get it… I signed for it, but didn’t sign for all of the BS that happened prior to the install. I have to admit, their installers were spot on. They did an excellent job. They were definitely a 5/5 stars. While the install was happening, I was talking with one of the PMs about getting my windows and roof done as well. Even adding it all to what I had already agreed to with the doors… BUT. There is no way in HELL, I’m calling them again. Like I said. Love your installers… They were top notch, but the PMs and the crap I went thru prior and after the install sucks.

The doors look great. Our screen door has a gap at the bottom and I’m having a hard time getting in touch with someone to come and fix it. I’ve filled out two forms and no contact.

We’re very pleased with our new roof. The project was reasonably priced. The crew were professional, courteous, and thorough. Will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

When my storm door was originally installed the glass did not fit so it took another three weeks or more to get new glass to install. Now there is a strip on the left side is loose and I have called and talked to Jorge who was suppose to set up a service to get this done. Also he was going to talk to your manager about getting me a discount since I have had so much trouble with this installment. I am not pleased with the way this whole process was done. This note needs to be referred to super management. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

The 2 shower installations:
Materials (Jacuzzi manufactured, sold by Costco) are solid, but we’ve had trouble w/ door seal, caulking, and required wall extension (crooked). Despite countless phone calls, texts, emails, photos of problem, multiple agents assigned & visits by estimators, workmen et al, the major problems have not been resolved - after almost 6 months of pleading. The door seal problem is the only issue that has been resolved, and the only TC person who has consistently responded to our pleas is our original salesman, who has tried valiantly to effect a resolution by TC. We tried to include his name, since he deserves a very positive review for his efforts, but TC would not allow.

As you may imagine, we would NOT recommend a shower conversion purchase from Costco, unless they can provide another installation contractor.

Since posting this review, we had a visit by a TC manager, who immediately confirmed the damage and corrective work required. He will try to get us scheduled for the overdue repairs in January. At that time we will revisit our review of the TC installation experience.

I have not gotten a return contact on making adjustments for installation arrangements. NO INSTALLATION, NO REQUESTED ADJUSTMENTS, NO ACCOUNTING FOR $4000 deposit.

Not only a beautiful door but well insulated

The product is great and sylish. The work crew was professional and courteous. My only complaint is that one of the windows was not the right size. Had to wait another month for completion of the project. Outside shutters had to be taken down and could not be put back up due to not having the right size screw. So I had to wait another month before the job was finished. It was not as quick as the advertisements proclaim.

The rep was very cordial & explained things well.

The work was done right and as scheduled. The price was great

You guys installed defective windows. Your technician assessed the windows glass with leak argon gas. The condensations were inside the windows and too foggy. This was done last July 2025 until now December 9, 2025 only half were replaced. The first floor was replaced by Douglas Parson but there are two windows with mismatched pattern about a couple a month ago and never came back or give us a call. I did talk to Eddie, Alexa and now Jorge and still nothing happen.

Thompson creek did an amazing job!

I live in Orange VA. No other company would come here. Thompson Creek did and did a GREAT JOB

Don't think they are just for big jobs.

Exceptional sales person and follow up with technical supervisor just as thorough and helpful..
