I would give zero stars if I could.
Owning a THOR electric range has been one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. The range has broken down multiple times within the first year of ownership, and each repair took nearly three months to complete.
Customer service was equally frustrating. I was never able to speak with a live representative about the recurring issues; it felt like I was emailing a bot every time. I repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor, but none were ever made available.
To top it all off, the range was simply dropped off at my front door in a box, leaving me to move it into my home and install it myself.
Between the unreliable product, incredibly slow repairs, and nonexistent customer support, I cannot recommend THOR to anyone.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and DO NOT purchase THOR products.

Considering the price point of the Thor electric range, it would be reasonable to expect a top quality product. Instead, I have an oven that cannot keep a consistent temperature. BUT... more concerning than that is that several times it has heated to more than 100 degrees higher than the temperature it was set for.
It's been more than 9 months and the company are now suggesting (in not so many words) that it must be my imagination, despite providing photos of the setting and the oven thermometer reading.
They insist that i should be 'reassured' that it has safety feature to prevent this.
My interactions with the company have been disappointing to say the least.

THOR has AWFUL customer service

Our THOR gas oven/stove was purchased roughly 4 years ago and has not worked correctly since day one. The oven door will not close correctly and the oven has a temperature difference of 50-75 degrees. We have tried to get it serviced but we've received the run around from THOR- it's not covered, out of warranty, or no response at all for years. We've had multiple service people to the house and we are willing to repair at our cost, but the service people can't get the parts and THOR customer service will not call them back or assist in any way.

Thor: Faulty product, worse customer support.

I bought a Thor above the range microwave and after ~ 3 months, the exhaust fan made a terrible grinding noise and then the exhaust fan completely died. Thor sent a local appliance repair (who was wonderful) and it needs a replacement exhaust fan and part got ordered Jan 19. I received a note from Thor support that the part was backordered (already frustrating). On Feb 19th I got a follow up that it was back in stock and they'd let me know when they had a tracking # to share. It is now April 8th and it still hasn't shipped and I followed up 3 times and the reply is always, "sorry for the frustration, we'll look into it"....and nothing further. DO NOT BUY THOR

If I could give them negative stars

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Beverage fridge broke after 1 month. Been waiting for parts for over 3 months now.

Customer service is an absolute joke.

I now see they have a F rating with BBB and horrible reviews.

DO NOT BUY THOR!!!!!!!

THOR gas range

I recently purchased a THOR 30" gas range, which I now regret. I call it the "prima donna" because it scratches very easily - you can't touch it without a blemish forming which is highly annoying. Also, you must immediately and thoroughly clean up after each meal or permanent water spots or stains of any kind will form on the cooktop. The most recent event that spurred my writing this negative review is that moisture has now appeared between the oven glass. This is not supposed to happen! When I contacted the seller - who contacted THOR, they said that "condensation inside the oven glass is considered normal." NO IT IS NOT!!! This is a major design flaw, but no one will acknowledge this or take responsibility for this, so I am stuck with a $2,600 lemon. My advice; buy any other brand of gas range than THOR.

This Ice Maker I A Waste of Water & Electricity
"What THOR does not tell its buyers is that this unit operates at 40 degrees Fahrenheit. It does not keep the ice frozen but allows it all to melt within 48 hours. If you are using a great deal of ice this is not big deal. However, for the occasional user it is a waste of of water and electricity. Average use is 4 gallons per week of water that is not filtered, recycled and reused. It just goes down the drain. The compressor cycles about 4 hours a day. How this unit was awarded Energy Star Compliance is beyond me. I'll be purchasing another unit shortly."
