I checked via email to ensure that the item I was ordering was the correct one in size and the correct coupling connection, several times, I was still sent the wrong size. Given that it took a long time to get the item, it also arrived, on a different day then stipulated by Auspost.

Our dispatch record shows that we have sent the correct item to you. We asked you to email us a photo of the item received with the measurement, but you never responded. It's likely that you measured incorrectly and ordered the wrong size.

According to our phone chat, there was a mistake with the tracking number input. Our other customer tracking number was wrongly inserted into your order, therefore you received a message when their goods arrived. In fact, your item arrived the next day. And here is proof that we did not send your stuff to the wrong address.
