THORNADO Opiniões

Excellent service, Knowledge of their products and friendly staff

Bought two of these 1.5" fire pumps around 6 years ago. Good pumps - one starts first pull every time.
The new pump has just arrived and has some improvements in styling, cage design & paint finish, also 7hp compared to the previous 6.5hp. The fuel cap is way better also. The manual is a great improvement - obviously written by an Australian.
Looking forward to installing & testing it.
I use these for fire protection on my buildings and to pump dam water.
I stay with the same model to allow for quick swap-out in case of failure, which has not happened yet, but critical in a fire situation.
Thornado, as a company, seems to have matured somewhat and their pumps have earned a place in the Australian market. $429 including free delivery to WA. Why pay $1400 for the other well-known brand?

Delivered quickly, as described, good quality.

Excellent service and great communication

The website is easy to utilise and selecting the products and correct size (especially the compression fittings) is a breeze. After placing the order, the goods arrived much, much sooner than expected. Extremely professional and happy to recommend.

Excellent customer service, I had to change what I bought as I ordered the wrong item. I used the chat service and the person who I was chatting to was extremely helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. When I went out to pick it up and exchange the product, the same person served me . He was just as helpful when I turned up . Along with everyone else that was there, they all said high with a smile even in the extreme heat

Fantastic; 1-the relevant parts were available in Australia 2-the parts person was knowledgeable on the products and 3- parts arrived only days after being ordered.

little slow arriving but it was Christmas otherwise very good

The right quality product at a good price, and quick delivery.

Fast processing and shipping shipping great job.

We pouch your products on your website, you website said buy over $200 will free delivery, but in my case still charge delivery fee, i know that isn't too much but that is no good for business.

Totally perfect in every way and very reasonable price

The guy i dealt with was great. new his product & we delivery next day. so good!

The on-line ordering system was excellent and the customer service person who helped me choose the most suitable pipes and fittings was very pleasant and. followed up with a phone call to ensure the order was filled and delivered by courier for the plumbing job.

I ordered it the weekend before Christmas and it arrived the Friday before Christmas.
Was not expecting it to be sent so quickly.

A problem free return for item that didnt work and a replacement pump that worked well as expected.
