Resposta da Thor - Trade Copier
Hello, we don't have any trace of any support request ever made via email or on Discord.
You also didn't report any bug via the UI.
Please join our Discord and #open-a-ticket; we currently don't know anything about you or the potential problem you're facing, if any.
They have everything you need
They have everything you need. You can copy from CFD Forex accounts to Futures accounts and vice versa. I'm also able to automate my strategy via tradingview and webhook to Thor which then copies to all my funded accounts! I would need 2 different software previously but Thor has it all under one roof. They also implement new features very quickly you just have to ask and they can get it done! Very happy and impressed.

Have been using Thor for a while now…
Have been using Thor for a while now and can't say enough good things about it. The team is awesome to work with. Super responsive to any needs or questions and the copier allows me to connect all my accounts and gives me the flexibility to trade them in any combination I need. I get good fills across the accounts and the extra features included with the software make the whole package the best I have ever used.

Do not trust, doesn't execute stop loss across copied accounts
Copier failed to copy stop loss several times, nearly blowing accounts and taking chunks from hard earned profits. Not to be trusted. CEO knows these faults are there but continues to let people use it.
The fix they deployed the same evening didn't fix, same thing happened that night, costing another 185 per account (9 accounts) first glitch cost 1600 per account (9 accounts=14,400) dam right I asked for compensation they basically blew my accounts to the cost of nearly €800. Why would anyone want a free copier that wipes their accounts? Crazy talk

Resposta da Thor - Trade Copier
We take this seriously, so here is the full context. This customer wrote directly to our CEO and received a reply within 3 minutes. We asked several times for the in-app trade report that lets us diagnose exactly what happened; it was never sent. We investigated anyway, identified the issue, and deployed a fix the same evening. A second incident that night was traced to an outage on the broker's side, not the copier.
We then refunded every payment this customer ever made and offered a full year of free service, which was declined. The remaining demand was that we also pay €784 in prop firm account reset fees, which we did not accept.
Thor processes millions of copied orders every week. When something goes wrong we say so, fix it, and make it right, and we believe we did all three here.
THOR Copier is a reliable tool !
THOR is a reliable copier service. If you have any questions, they are quickly answered on Discord. I have been in contact with the owner, Leon G., which has been a very positive experience. The copier does what it is supposed to do, and it does it well. I currently have three accounts that I have been copying for several weeks via Thor (online version), and everything has worked perfectly. And if you want to see your statistics, there's SAGA. Trade a Sim101 account ! This is going to be very exciting in the coming years. Thanks to the whole team.
